I’m using the Arino – Creative Agency WordPress Theme on my website

I’m facing an issue where the Elementor edit page keeps loading indefinitely and never opens the editor. Because of this, I’m unable to make any page edits.

Here are a few details about my setup:

Theme: Arino – Creative Agency WordPress Theme (latest version)

I’ve already tried the following:

Cleared cache (browser, WordPress cache) Deactivated all plugins except Elementor Regenerated Elementor CSS files Increased PHP memory limit to 512M Tried Safe Mode

However, the issue still occurs only when the Arino theme is active.

Additionally, I’m unable to submit a ticket directly on your support portal. When I try, the support form keeps loading — screenshots below for reference:

Could you please assist me in resolving this Elementor loading issue or guide me on how to submit the ticket properly through your portal?

Dear Team,

I am encountering a critical issue with my theme that requires immediate attention. When attempting to edit using Elementor, it continuously buffers without loading.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far: 1. Deactivated Elementor and other plugins. 2. Changed the permalink settings.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Upon investigation, I found that the Arino Core Plugin is conflicting with Elementor. When I deactivate the Arino Core Plugin, Elementor works fine; however, the sections provided by the theme are no longer visible for editing. Notably, the website itself displays correctly in the browser despite the editing issue.

Could you please assist in resolving this conflict?

Hi, there is an alert! Theme is not compatible with Elementor 3.26.0 After update the site was offlline…. Please check and update. Best regards, Roland

The bug with the button on the start page should be fixed with the next update. This is not the case. The version is always 1.2 Error is: The URL is duplicated. The result is that the page cannot be found.
