I added a comment and you are not helping to solve it at all. Your theme is full of mistakes.
On the checkout page – for example. You are overwriting woocommerce field texts and for the first name there is a hardcoded “FAST NAME” for the first name as a placeholder. Even the english texts are not correct and not able to translate as the theme itself is hardcoding everything.
On the product page “Add to cart” is also hardcoded to “get free quote” and not translating when changing language to the one i am using and cant find a way to translate with plugins also.
Place an order – same thing And so on so on, a lot of texts and phrases hardcoded and not translatable. So overall this is rubbish and your contact e-mail address is not working! “550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.”
When is the update coming where there is no hardcoded sh*t?

You need to add the correct purchase code or log in via Envato before creating the ticket. You need to make the purchase on ThemeForest, I see your status doesn’t indicate you’re a theme buyer.

Hi, I recently purchased your Landscop and Greenola themes, and so far I’m enjoying it. However, I’ve run into an issue while trying to copy multiple Elementor containers from your Landscop to Greenola themes.
When I attempt to copy the containers directly, they only work partially. I also tried exporting and importing templates as well as using external plugins, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
Could you please advise on the correct or recommended way to transfer Elementor containers between these two themes so that everything displays properly?

Same issue as other customer, demo not importing. Support very slow. They ralate the issue to the web server of our host but they have the same problem with several hosts. Support ticket #4502582.

I bought Greenola theme, when doing installation, Revolution Slider and Case-addons plugins gives an error. When doing demo importation, I get the following error as well: https://api.casethemes.net/ is blocked in the firewall or network setup.
