My Reales wp map has stopped working. The maps on all pages have the words “for development purposes only”

Regarding the translation, the theme and theme’s plugin have language files, which can be translated using a plugin without having to touch the code. I suggest using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

The page editor do not show the theme elements (shortcode) i’ve installed classic editor and there is no way to add row with shortcode. The only thing i can do is edit existing rows. PLEASE UPDATE. It is impossible with new wordpress version to edit pages!

I want to make sure I complete the theme update correctly. Are these steps you provided from 3 years ago still accurate?
Update Theme
1. Download the theme again from the ThemeForest account, where you initially purchased it. The download will be under your buyer account – Downloads.
- I’ve done this
2. Unzip the theme pack
- I’ve done this
3. Go to wp-admin/Appearance-Themes and activate a different theme
- I only see two themes. Reales WP Child and Reales WP. The Reales Child is currently active. Do I need to upload an entirely new theme and activate it?
4. Find realeswp theme and click delete.
- While the Reales Child is active, can I simply delete the Reales theme?
5. Install again the theme from Appearance > Themes > Add New and select realeswp.zip from the latest theme pack
- I believe this is navigating to Downloads – Reales WP v2.1.3 – theme – realeswp.zip
6. Activate the theme
IMPORTANT: all your theme settings will NOT change during this process. But the language files you had in the /realeswp/languages folder will be deleted if you choose this method and if your language files are not in child theme.
- At this step am I then needing to activate the Reales WP? Or am I ok to leave it because the Reales WP Child is still active? Or am I to have uploaded an entirely new theme and now re-activate the Reales WP Child?

You will need to delete the current theme in order to upload the new one. It can be any default wp theme to activate until the update is over.

Yes, you are right. You only replace the Parent theme, leaving the child theme active.
Hi Marius. I updated the theme but there seems to be an issue or bug. I am noticing that in the individual listings, the map is loading as normal on the left, but then a new blank area on the right contains a “Loading map…” notification.

Also noticing a couple more site issues since the update.
1) Map issue (explained above). There is an additional map space, on the right of the property pages, showing “Loading map…”
2) Our property page layouts switched back to the default (top to bottom: Description, Share Property, Amenities, Additional Information, Similar Properties). Can we change it back to what we had top to bottom: Amenities, Additional Information, Description, Share Property, Similar Properties?
3) The icon that used to display “Sleeps” with the icon, “icon-users” that used to be under the image gallery with bedrooms, bathrooms has disappeared. I see displayed in the search results card and map card, but not on the property pages.
Reales WP STPT plugin has been updated. I’m still experiencing the issues noted above.
Actually there is now a 4th issue.
4) The contact email and link has been lost from the footer.
And a 5th issue.
5) The search results are not being displayed in the map.
All of these issues occurred last time I updated the site in 2023. I have record of it in our email chain.
