Any updates for this theme? Is it possible to have a fixed header ?

I bought this theme last year. You started fixing issues, but then there’s a bunch of things that were never fixed and there hasn’t been an update in more than 1 year. It feels like an abandoned theme. I would pay for support, but my experience with issues - which I have in a document that I’ve had since I had paid support - leds to me to think I should invest in another theme. The theme is especially not very good on mobile. My community is now very active and everyone complains about how they have to scroll from left to right to see the view of forum posts—which is very odd for any forum layout on mobile (I would urge those considering this theme to carefully test it on mobile). It’s even worse for posting. I’ve literally had several people quit our forum because they said the layout is so bad for making posts on a mobile phone.

I don’t want to go through the hassle of moving to another theme, but this theme’s issues and how poor it looks on mobile is a problem. Do you (the developer) have any plans to improve the theme? I can send you the document—but a bunch of it is the same stuff I reported when I had my support contract and you never fixed it.

This is not a theme issue, the forum is not part of the theme, you are likely using a third party plugin called bbPress.

The theme will continue to be updated to address any issues/bugs.

If you email me with the list of issues that haven’t been fixed I can take a look.

Are you referring to sharing posts on to a social media site? If so you’ll need to use a social media sharing plugin to add this feature.

The theme has not been tested with MemberPress, only BuddyPress so I can’t say unfortunately.

We finally gave up and replaced bbPress forum with wpForo free version, which you can download from Wordpress depository. The plugin is not officially supported by this theme but it looks fine so far and more features available. You can make it look very simple too. We keep using Buddypress. The theme is very stable.

It fits in perfectly, no layout issue at all. Thank you for this theme’s super flexible layout and code quality.

wpForo offers official integration with Buddypress. GamiPress offers official integreation with wpForo, etc…. Based on Network theme with wpForo free version, there seem to be more possibilities.

Will you all be releasing a newly designed theme anytime soon? I appreciate the quality and would love to purchase a modern updated theme for 2025 or 2026

There are no plans to release a new design, but there are many options in the theme to heavily customize the design to your liking.

Does this network theme work with other Visual Builders like Divi?

The default color, Dark, isn’t activated. When a user registers, their default color is white. I want it to always remain black. Yes absolutely, logging is not required, this can be disabled.

The reason for asking customers to post their questions on the support site is it makes it a lot easier to deal with customers issues quickly and effectively.

In your instance, I have no idea how simple your issue is until I look into it. In order to look into it I need to login to your site. You cannot post login details in the comments section here as it’s public so you need to create a private ticket on the support site.

Once you’ve logged into the support site, it’ll take the same time to post your ticket there as it does to post in the comment section here. :)

Thoughtful information, thank you. It goes without saying that when looking after customer data the key concepts are privacy and safety. Ordinarily this is where say this and refusal my request is fair enough but propose was actually to do nothing about sensitive subjects but rather to streamline the first response to general questions that contain no classified information.

There is so much that can be improved if we could solve in a few short sentences the easy doubts straight from the forum itself. As it is not only faster and makes less strain on the team, it is also applauded by the clients that they are answered immediately. I am sure, to some extent, it will change how customers view our customer service.

I think there are ways to enhance security on one end and offer an excellent and quick service on the other. I am sure that there is a way we can help such customers who have simple queries without abandoning to our processes.

I’m not sure why you think it’s an inconvenience to post a ticket on the ticket site? Yes, you need to initially sign up, but once you’ve done that, it takes the same amount of time to post a ticket there as it does here.

You’re issues could have been fixed days ago now if you had opened a ticket when I first referred you to the ticket site, but from I can see you still haven’t?

Every business has their chosen support platform(s). I have chosen one platform and that is the ticket site because it allows private tickets and I can provide answers to paying customers rather than making the answers available to people who have downloaded the theme illegally.

If the question is super simple I will post the answer here, but in most cases, and in your case in particular I don’t know what the answer is until I login and look into it (your issue refers to logging out, so logging in is required).

Hopefully you’ll post a support ticket on the support site and then I can fix your issues for you. :)

Hi there, quick question. After setting everything up and its running great but there is an issue that I am facing. When I sign up for an account and assigned a username to that account, once I confirm the email and activate the account it takes me to the actual dashboard where I will interact with other users as well . BUT….

When I go to the top right corner and see the profile icon and I click that it shows a menu https://ibb.co/VYYQyzX5 , but when i click profile link it shows other members username not mine, If I am logged in with manuel , why it showing https://mywebsite.com/members/juan/profile/ ? I am not logged in as Juan , I am logged in as manuel. How can I fix this issue? so members can see their username in their account and not other username?

This isn’t really a quick question – it’s over two paragraphs long. That’s pretty long for a question and the answer probably isn’t quick either. I don’t know what the problem is without logging into your site which requires you providing login details and in order to do that you need to open a private ticket – something you can’t do here in the comments section.

Does it have Docs or Knowledgeable like some other buddy press themes?

Hi, please, I have some pre-sale questions:

1) is it possible to create some pages visible to everyone (home, about us, registration…), and some “private” pages (Community, Members, Forums…)?

2) is it possible to customize the registration fields? My site has very specific fields and topics

3) can the super-admin upload and share documents/files/communications to all users and also to a SINGLE, specific, user?

4) it is possible to reduce the functionality related to the single user of the community (activities, posts, friends, media…)? My site have not “social” functionalities, but the user only needs to: show their details (name, email, contact, social…), read and write into the forum, read posts and events, e-learning.

1) Yes this is possible.

2) Yes, using the BuddyPress plugin with the theme.

3) You would need to use a plugin for this.

4) You can remove activity posting, friends and media for users to specific user groups. You need to be using BuddyPress and Paid Membership Pro to create user groups and community features.

Hi, I was wondering, since your theme is based on ‘WP Job Manager,’ can we customize the job section to display both employee/candidate profiles and employer profiles?

Also, I have a question about the forum section. Are you using an extra plugin for that, or is the forum built into the theme itself?

Hi there,

The theme does not add any custom features to WP Job Manager. You will need to see if this plugin offers this feature, if it doesn’t then this cannot be done with the theme unfortunately.

The forum is built using the bbPress plugin, it is not part of the theme.

The events seen in the demo are part of the The Events Calendar plugin. You would need to see if they offer this feature or find another plugin that allows this.
