I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this issue. From what you described, I’m not entirely sure what specifically in the theme might be causing the ads to be cut off.

There is a global iframe selector in the theme’s CSS that sets height: auto, but in most cases this should not interfere with ad placements. Third-party ad providers typically inject their own inline styles or scripts that set a fixed height on the iframe, which would override the theme’s default styling.

Additionally, if needed, the iframe styling can usually be overridden by targeting the ad iframe with a more specific selector or custom class.

If you’re able to share a URL or a bit more detail about where the ads are being clipped, I’d be happy to take a closer look and see if there’s anything in the theme that might be contributing to the issue.

It looks like the website you’re referring to (which is using the Fittlife theme) has made some changes to how the theme’s style.css file is being loaded. Currently, it isn’t being loaded at all, which is why the author box appears without any styling.

To display the author box stacked vertically on mobile devices, you can add the following CSS to your site. Just go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS in your WordPress dashboard, and paste this code:

@media (max-width: 580px) {
    .author-box {
        flex-direction: column;
        gap: 20px;
        padding: 20px;
    }
}

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We haven’t received any similar reports regarding the latest update, so it might be something specific to your setup. To help resolve this, please check the following:

1. After updating the theme, make sure all plugins are updated as well, especially the bundled Fittlife Toolkit plugin. You can update it via Appearance → Install Plugins.
2. Go to Elementor → Tools and click the “Clear Files & Data” button.
3. If you’re using any caching plugins, please purge or delete the cache.

If the issue persists after trying the steps above, feel free to send us a message through the contact form on our ThemeForest profile page, with your website link and login details so we can take a closer look and help fix this for you.

Unfortunately not because the Jetpack Video Press plugin need to be connected to a WordPress.com account and requires a live environment. Also most of the features from this plugin are locked behind a paid subscription without having the possibility to test it out.

If the Jetpack Video Press plugin basically only serve as hosting for your videos I assume this plugin is not really theme related and can be used on any theme, and with the embed shortcode you can easily embed the videos into the Paid Membership Subscription areas.

There is no license needed for the Elementor plugin. Only if you buy the PRO version of Elementor you’ll get a license for the plugin. We, as theme developers, are not allowed by Elementor policy to include their PRO version in our themes.
