First of all, there is an issue with the website back office. When I registered the Attika theme, it activated a different theme.
Please check this theme registration problem and confirm that Attika is correctly assigned to my license.
- Main Request (Attika Theme)
I am using the Attika theme, which currently includes an OpenTable reservation popup in the menu.
I would like to:
- Keep the same menu item
- Keep the same popup behavior and design
- Only replace the OpenTable content inside the popup
Instead of OpenTable, I want to use the Five Star Restaurant Reservations shortcode.
Shortcode to use:
``` [booking-form] ``` Please let me know:
- Where this popup content is defined (theme option, template, or shortcode)
- How to safely replace the OpenTable widget with my shortcode

Our system shows that your purchase code is registered on a domain where Attika theme is in use. If you are perhaps having troubles to submit a ticket for the theme, please follow instructions from this article – How To Submit A Ticket. Make sure to fill in the form as shown in screenshot.
The reservation popup element was designed and developed to use Open Table form. Changing this would require a modification of this shortcode template files, however, making these custom changes is not covered by support. If you want to organize the booking or a request differently then you will need to edit our theme files:
wp-content\plugins\attika-core\shortcodes\reservation-popup\templates\reservation-popup.php

Reservation popup form is handled by OpenTable, you are only required to enter OpenTableID in that shortcode or remove it.
Menu popup is shortcode also, which is using restaurant menu items (custom post type), which you can edit regularly like any other cpt.

The Pop Up reservation form at the top of the Main Home demo page is powered by the Open Table platform. The OpenTable form is included with the theme and the information entered in the form are forwarded to OpenTable. The user has to complete a reservation at OpenTable.
To use it you need to input your OpenTable ID to the reservation form element. Everything you want to change is in the OpenTable account you make.

We need to update the WPBackery Builder plugin that is stuck on version 6.10.0 when the latest version is 8.4.1 and the update does not work, probably because you have not updated the theme since February 21, 2023, that is 2 and a half years!
How do we solve the plugin update?

All in a sudden now Wordpress bakery stopped working and it is asking me to be purchased… We cannot visualize the builder on the pages anymore. The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8. Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact our support and they will provide you with latest version.
The loading of carousel can be affected by some 3rd party plugin. To troubleshoot, deactivate all your third party plugins except bundled plugins (Attika Core, WPBakery, Revolution Slider..) clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.
