Thanks for reaching out. As we stated in our response through support email, Yes we do have an update planned for it but it does work quite nicely for watch stores. Kindly check it and if you found any issue with it then let us know and we’ll surely assist you with it.

This theme looks like it’s old version and it doesn’t work well with new version of shopify. and lots of bugs. Can you do something about it? like refund or something ?

Hello. I am working on setting up my shopify store with this theme. SO far it is great and I appreciate everything you have done to make it. I have imported the setting for version 4 and I have uploaded the demo content and I am slowly integrating and customizing things.

I have looked through videos of yours, which some are dated, but that’s okay, I am navigating it. I appreciate you.

What i need help with right now is the catalog. The catalog is non-existent and I am trying to figure out how and where to even edit it and customize it. If you could provide some guidance I would appreciate it. thank you.

If you go to homepage 4 of your demo of the product ( https://mirora-theme.myshopify.com/ ) there is a “Catalog” button in the main menu that when you hover over it it brings up a sort of table of 4 collections (i presume) and it is a nice way to navigate through the site… I do not know how to program that.

Also, when uploading media into a product it will only display pictures and not videos and I need it to be able to display video, which I know is possible as I have seen it in your demos. If you could please guide me to be able to do that I would appreciate it. Thank you so much.

you can clearly see that it is there and it is playable with a little gray play button, yet it will not play or show up at all in the product screen, which you can see here:

Note that the main point is to have a main menu link text and a mega menu name text the same to show the menu.

It cannot be installed on Wordpress. Kindly create a Shopify store and then upload and install the theme over there.

Currency issues header basket: When I add products to the cart using the ‘Add to cart’ button from the product preview, the currency in the header changes from the local currency to ’$’. This happens only where the price text is displayed. If I click on the cart arrow in the header, the correct data appears in the dropdown, but the price at the top remains in ’$’. The same thing happens when I delete or add products. This does not apply when I add the product to the cart from the dedicated product page. I haven’t added any other currencies.

Well as I stated in my last message that there is no such thing as child themes in Shopify so it means that any changes made will be lost after update. Also there is no way to update the same theme. The upgraded theme is uploaded separately and so your original files and updated code remains unchanged. All that needs to be done then is to copy from old theme and paste it into the new one.

Hello I just recently got your theme and I am struggling to figure something out. So for pages I like to display a full collection within a section but I am not seeing how to do this, when I pick from the options available I see it just has the items in a straight line down and there is also “sample” items I cant seem to get rid of. Today I bought this shopify theme. But I didn’t notice it was for shopify. So it’s hard to install this on a WordPress website with WooCommerce.

I don’t know if you have this theme for WordPress with Woocommerce as well? Otherwise I would like return the purchase and receive my money back.

Hello, we just noticed that there’s an issue with the theme on our Shopify. On the front end the quantities for product don’t match the actual quality in the admin.

There is: S- 6 M- 6 :L- 14 XL- 14 XXL-10 XXXL- 6

But it’s showing 6 for all of them. Need help asap.

We ran into a bug the way it looks with color selection of product. With our old theme when you selected a different color of a shirt it loaded the image associated with that color inline on the page.

It appears with yours it tries to do that too but it never completes the operation.
