I am considering purchasing the FreeAgent theme.
My goal is NOT to build a full freelancer marketplace. I only want to: - Allow freelancers/vendors to register and list profiles - Charge them a monthly subscription for having their profile listed - Optionally, charge extra for profile highlighting/featured listing - No job/service posting, no employers, no projects, no payments for services
Can the theme’s subscription/payment system handle this scenario, either via settings or hooks, without the marketplace features? Or would this require custom coding?

The theme supports freelancer registration, profile listings, and paid subscriptions (including featured/highlighted profiles). However, the subscription system is built around a freelancer marketplace structure.
We strongly recommend that you review the live demo carefully to ensure the available features match your expectations. Completely disabling marketplace features (jobs, employers, service payments) and using the theme only as a freelancer directory is not possible via settings alone and would require custom coding.

Is there the feature to enable the administrator to approve listings before they appear live on the site? This avoids spam listings and contact details being placed within the listings etc.

At the moment, the theme does not have a built-in feature that allows the administrator to approve listings before they go live.
However, this can be handled as a small customization. We can quickly adjust the workflow so that when a listing/job is submitted, its status is automatically set to Pending instead of being published immediately. This means the administrator can review and approve it manually before it appears on the site, helping to prevent spam listings and unwanted contact details.

I just bought the script and followed the installation process ensured that all plugins are installed but for some reason the [jws_dashboard] shortcode is not rendering the dashboard.
Never mind I got it to work, I saw there is an option to make the admin assume the role of either employer or freelancer.

Is it possible to add custom payout options from the backend of the system? Say we wanted to add Zelle, Cashapp etc? Does it have the capability to create custom form for those payout options?
For payments (Wallet deposits) is it required to use Woocommerce? Do you have a built in system that allows for stripe and Paypal?
Is the chat handled as a custom post type or is it stored in a different database? My concern is heavy usage of the post and postmeta tables, which would make the website slower as more people start to use the site.
Don’t get me wrong your theme looks suuuuuper awesome, and I can’t wait to use it on one of my websites, just that I don’t want to run into performance issues down the road.

thank you very much fro your quick response. I understand and you are right, you offer pretty much access even like demo backend to try out before buy. Still I would like to know the wp admin side to see how the setting up works in wordpress. You would be the third theme I would purchase, because the first – just Gutenberg (for difficult to design), second theme too messy and yours seems to fullfillall needs for now. The point is, that I dont have a classical freelancer/employee case. In my case its kind of B2C project, that means I am looking for a theme where I can offer relocation services. People moving to country X they dont speak language, need a lot of help, later on services (gardening etc.) and on the other side businesses who help them and I am going to bring them together. Is there a way to set up kind of % commision for businesses when a job is done? ty

1) I purchased your theme and so far I can make all needed changes, without many struggle. Is it possible to kind of disable membership. I wont charge through membership, but % commission (was able to enter in Customizer).
