On Demo 2, the slider at the top of the homepage unfortunately doesn’t work. The images don’t display, and I’ve tried everything. I downloaded the theme through Envato Elements, so I don’t have support, but I wanted ThemeForest buyers to be aware of this. The theme itself is beautiful, which makes this issue even more unfortunate.

I re-imported the demo, and now it works. During the import it created two menus, which caused issues, so I made a new one manually. Other than that, everything seems fine so far. It’s a beautiful theme and worth every euro.

I purchased the Clinara Theme, but the support was very poor. They replied to my messages, yet none of their responses actually solved the issue. The answers felt generic and unhelpful. The theme looks good, but if you expect real technical support, you’ll be disappointed.
Since I was unable to receive the support I needed, I requested a refund for the Clinara theme a few days ago, but I have not received any response yet.

Just a warning to others: I requested a refund but never received any real help from the Clinare theme author. Their replies were unhelpful, and they simply redirected me to a ticket that solved nothing. This kind of poor support is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of ThemeForest. Be cautious before purchasing this theme.
Your issues have been resolved in the ticket, you are trying to request a refund when your project is almost complete. Are you sure you will delete the theme after we refund?
