hi, the theme has so many issues, very slow anf buggy as well, i can get the loop grid for products to load the query tab to load a certain cateogory to display the product on the home page

I have two things to inquire about since purchasing this.

1) I have had this at the top of my dashboard from day one, please tell me how to fix this I think its causing critical error on site now- Your theme (Utenzo) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.

If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

2) I want to customize the dropdown part of a menu (there is an image and some sub menu items – it acts like a mega menu), but can’t figure out where to do that. Can you please point me in the right direction.

another thing i have tested is that when ever I import demo content it starts to show critical error at my end

hi there i have installed theme and it is conflicting when ever i install elementor plugin espacially i tired everything to resolve this and checked the entire plugin section by disabling each one by one and I see a popup on dashboard named “Elementor Data Updater” and when I click on it then it says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.” please help me to fix this issue

Your theme works quite poorly, I can’t explain anything about the plugin. or how I can’t translate phrases – Categories:, Related products etc: why don’t I know? Hello, After activating the theme on my website I’m getting ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’ message when visiting it but not in admin panel. I’ve tried to disable all plugins exept theme required and also tried deactivating all. But didn’t help.

Edit: I’ve been using the theme for a month now and when updated to new wordpress it crashed.
