Thanks for your interest in WoodMart. WoodMart is a WooCommerce theme, so payments, shipping, returns, tracking, and delivery-date features are handled by WooCommerce and its extensions. Here’s how your list maps:

1) Indian payment methods Yes, supported via WooCommerce payment gateway plugins. WoodMart doesn’t add or limit gateways; you simply install and configure the gateway plugins you need (UPI/Google Pay, wallets, cards, net-banking, etc.) and they will work with the theme.

2) Indian shipping integrations Yes, via WooCommerce shipping/carrier plugins. WoodMart doesn’t restrict shipping methods, so any compatible WooCommerce shipping solution for India can be used.

3) Order cancellation and returns/refunds Refunds are managed by WooCommerce. For customer-initiated cancellations/returns workflows and RMA, you can use WooCommerce settings and/or a returns-management plugin. The theme does not alter this logic.

4) Order tracking WoodMart provides a ready-to-use Order Tracking page using the WooCommerce Order Tracking Form element (WPBakery/Elementor). Demo: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/track-order/ For carrier tracking numbers and status updates, use a

I’m having a problem.

I created a row of several columns, intending to use it as a horizontal menu. In the back office, the layout is indeed horizontal, but in the front office, it’s vertical. I’ve tried everything to fix it, but nothing works as expected. I can do this easily with other themes, but here, I don’t understand why it’s not working.

I’m using your “Furniture2” demo data and on every single product page I’m still seeing the default demo text:

But the problem is: even when I create a new product and add my own product description, this old demo text still shows up in the left “Product details” / additional content area. I want to remove that left block completely (or replace it with my own text), but I can’t find the correct setting.

What I already tried:

Turned off/checked options in WoodMart → Theme Settings → Product page / Single product for extra/custom content.

Checked HTML / Static Blocks to see if this text is coming from there.

Looked into Single product template to see if there is a hardcoded Text/HTML element.

Cleared theme and site cache.

But the text is still loaded globally for all products.

Can you please tell me:

Exactly where this “Soft Edge Chair…” text is being pulled from after the demo import (is it a global HTML block, single product template, or a hook in PHP)?

How to disable/hide that left “Product details” block for all products (standard way, without custom CSS)?

If it is coming from an HTML block/Elementor template, which block/template name should I edit or unlink from the single product layout?

Is there a setting to make the single product page use only the product’s own description and not any demo fallback text?

Urgent: With the newest update the checkout payment options are not visible and the checkout place order button is not visible too.

After updating to the latest WoodMart version, the checkout page is not displaying payment methods and the “Place Order” button.

ISSUE: The custom template file “woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php” in your theme is missing a critical WooCommerce hook.

AFFECTED FILE: yourtheme/woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php (Version 9.4.0)

PROBLEM: The template includes the hook: <?php do_action( ‘woocommerce_checkout_order_review’ ); ?>

But it’s MISSING the essential hook: <?php do_action( ‘woocommerce_checkout_payment’ ); ?>

This hook is responsible for rendering: - Payment method selection - Terms and conditions checkbox - Place Order button

SOLUTION NEEDED: Add the missing hook after the order review section:

<?php do_action( ‘woocommerce_checkout_payment’ ); ?>

TEMPORARY WORKAROUND: Deleting or renaming the theme’s form-checkout.php file allows WooCommerce to use its default template, which works correctly.
