Hi – your latest update is dated from 1 year ago. The slider revolution needs an update ( when ??) and I am wondering if the theme and and Qi Addons for Elementor are compatible with the newest release of Elementor version 3.35 – if we can update elementor without an issue now?

Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.
Theme and Qi Addons for Elementor can be used with the latest version of Elementor.

Hi, I would like to buy this template for a client of mine but I need some information:
– is the slider revolution plugin included (in bundle)? – is the Elementor plugin included (in bundle)? Is Elementor the standard website editing plugin? I would need it above all because my client is only able to use this and not others (example: WP Bakery) – this theme compatible with the WordPress version 6.8.3. released on October 2025? – is it compatible with a php 8.4 server version? – is it compatible with a database MariaDB 10.3.39?
this information is necessary and important for us as our server hosting is configured in this way and if your template is not updated to be usable with these requirements it is not good.

Slider Revolution is included as a bundled plugin.
All of the features showcased in the demo and listed in the Theme Features list can be achieved with the theme options, custom shortcodes by the theme and free version of Elementor.
Current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.2. It is not tested with PHP 8.4 yet.

Hi, I’m writing to ask you about technical updates. I’d like to purchase this template for a new client, but I need to confirm a few things:
– Is the Slider Revolution plugin still included (in the package)? – Is the Elementor plugin still included (in the package)? Is Elementor still the standard plugin for website editing? – Is this theme compatible with WordPress version 6.9.4, released in March 2026? – Is it compatible with PHP server version 8.4 or 8.5 (8.5 is currently available, and 8.6 is theoretically arriving at the end of this year)? – Is it compatible with a MariaDB 10.3.39 database or MySQL 8.xxx versions?
This information is always important to us, as our hosting server is configured this way, and if your template isn’t updated to meet these requirements, we may have problems using it.

All of this is listed on the ThemeForest page here. Plugins that are compatible with the theme, the ones included and the compatibility with WordPress version. As for PHP the theme is compatible with PHP 8.2.

I bought the theme from here.
I have tried to install new Wordpress over and over again more than 10 times.
It does not import demo content at all.
It freezes between 4% and 32%.
I really regret buying this theme.
File permissions, PHP limits and requirements are all complete.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Demo Content Import isn’t working pls. It remains stuck at 0% percent for hours. Also, the license key shows incorrect when we activate REVOLUTION SLIDER.

We were experiencing some temporary issues with servers where demo is located. This should now be resolved, so please try to import demo once more.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.
The plugins that you got after the purchase (like Slider Revolution) are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

Can users book paid appointments in this theme? Also, is it possible to set different rates for different services? And calender availabe in this theme?

The contact form on Book a Consultation page is created using Contact Form 7 plugin, as well as the others contact forms in the theme. The contact forms don’t have online payment functionality. Also there is no appointment calendar.
