Its totally different and weird l buy it after checking demo but there is a huge different btw real theme and demo here on themeforest. I need refund – totally wired theme trying fix things from last few days after i purchased this theme. You can deactivate my domain from your theme license. I dont need it. KEEP IT fix it and then publish it for sale. Issues: >>I have added gallery images for products but it only showing the variable images not showing gallery images. >> I have enabled the carousel from single product page and enable the arrow and dots for pagination but there is no arrow and dots on frontend – i cleared cache but nothing happened. >>And website showing critical error >> i am using managed WooCommerce WordPress hosting but after installing this theme website is worst and slow. >>When product pages loading it showing like weird website useless. See screenshots for issues there is lot of issues i dont have time to mention all. I appreciate your response, but I need to be very clear about the situation.
This is not just a “template configuration” issue. The theme caused multiple critical errors, extremely low performance, and site instability. Even after following all required steps and using only your recommended plugins, the website kept breaking. Your core theme plugins were the main cause of the critical errors.
I have now switched to another theme, and the website is already completed and performing far better. This confirms that the issues were coming from your theme, not the hosting or configuration.
I’ve been an Envato customer for many years, and in my 5+ years of working with paid themes, I have never faced these types of problems. Paid themes are expected to be stable, ready to use, and functional with demo imports. Unfortunately, your product did not meet that standard.
This is no longer workable for me. I have already wasted several days trying to fix issues that should not exist in a paid theme. Since the theme caused critical errors, performance problems, and slowed down my entire project timeline, a refund is absolutely justified according to Envato’s refund policy.
I have removed your theme completely from my website — you are free to verify this.
At this stage, I am requesting you to proceed with the refund. If needed, I will escalate this matter to Envato support as well, as I am not a one-time customer; I have been purchasing from Envato for years and expect the quality I normally receive.
Please process the refund so I can close this case smoothly.
