The latest version is included to the theme package or you can update it in 1 Click with Themerex Updater.
Please update bundled plugins using Themerex Updater plugin. After the plugin installation, navigate to Appearance -> Themerex Updater and enter your purchase code. Then you can update the plugins in the Dashboard -> Updates, just scroll down to section Active theme components: Plugins.

I can activate and use the theme on the temporary domain during development
I will still be able to use the same theme license when I switch to the live domain without needing a second license or transfer.

Absolutely! One theme license can be used for one website/domain only. But you can easily set up the site on a test domain for development purposes and when finished move it on the proper site/ activate it on the new domain with no problems. In order to connect the license to a different domain, first click “Disconnect domain” (Theme Panel > Theme Dashboard > General) and then re-enter the purchase key on a different WordPress installation. Problem with SKIN selection
In the SKIN selection: theme panel > theme dashboard > Skins, I only have the “Default” option to choose from.
What do I have to do to be able to select one of the 3 options: Boat Rental, Yachting Sports or Yacht Club?
