I am using your theme for my website, and I am encountering a persistent issue with image paths.
Images on the website frequently point to incorrect URLs, causing them to disappear or show as broken links. Even after I manually fix some, they seem to revert or break again after a short period. Please suggest. Thanks.

Hello, yes, you can install it on as many subdomains as needed.
Heading on the home page Hero section doesn’t appear on the page, neither in Elementor nor on the page.
I have checked the visibility properties in related css classes, neither I have changed the visibility for the item yet it just doesnt work. Cache is cleared and removed (litespeed), cdn is disabled but no luck so far.
And this issue occurs randomly with different elements on page. There is nothing in your KB related to this issue.
Tried everything I could but it just doesnt work.
Element: Elementor Heading Lumi version: 3.0.5 WP version: 6.7.2 Elementor version: 3.27.6
And now the entire testimonial section is gone, it’s visible in elementor but shows as blank section on the front end.
Its the swiper slider testimonial section.
I have set the max execution time to 600, memory limit is set to 1G now just to make sure it wasn’t the server. Cleared all caches, tried different browsers but it just doesnt work.
Hello, please make sure the plugins are updated to the latest version:
1. Go to Plugins and delete UiCore Framework and Element Pack Pro.
2. Refresh the page.
3. Install the plugin again from the “Required Plugins” banner.
4. Go to Elementor – Tools – Regenerate CSS, then to Theme Options and Save.

Hello, our themes already use jQuery 3.7.1. The jQuery Migrate 3.4.1 is a compatibility script that helps older jQuery plugins work with newer versions of jQuery.

I get fatal errors for all your ui-core plugins (animate, framework, etc) after some time having them installed (a few days).
Tried to reinstall them again and again (after deleting them), and it always does the same error after a few days.

1. Go to Plugins and delete all UiCore plugins + Element Pack Pro. 2. Manually update the theme by downloading the installable zip file from your themeforest account. 3. Update Elementor to the latest version. 4. Install the required plugins.

Hello, you can do this in Theme Options – Header – Pill Style. Lower on the same page, you can enable the Mobile Pill Style as well.

Ah. I was expecting the Pill Style between the Header Layout options, I just discovered it has its own section. Maybe a small UX disconnect.

No worries. The pill style has a few connected options, that’s why it wasn’t added as a separate layout.
Hi. We adore this theme, so great job really. We just can’t find how to assign a different menu in the header area and assign or edit page anchors(quick links.). Still great job though.
