Hi there, I haven’t got to use the theme yet because of some delays. Unfortunately I see my support just expired. I do have a quick question. The designer page stays empty, what reason could that be? I did fill in my username, token (with correct permissions) and purchase code. Added the shortcode and selected Default page for editor, but page remains blank. Thanks.

Hi @HaruTheme, alright now I understand. I first thought the Designer page was a standalone page. But now I understand you need to link each product to a design, which then shows a ‘Personalize’ button which takes the customer to the Designer page with the correct parameters. Thanks!

Hey, for the custom designs, can you only set fixed prices? What about if one design is more expensive than the other, but for one product? e.g., a larger print costs more to do than a smaller one.

1. What I mean is that some designs require more ink or raw printing materials than others. Can I separate this pricing? Or what would you advise around this?
2. Then also can we prevent the customer from downloading designs and having to go print at a competitor?
Hi, 1. You can create an attribute with name Material and set price depend on this. 2. Currently don’t feature prevent this because your customer must be can download their design. That’s simple logic. However you can hide download button and normal user can’t download it. We’ll help this you hide it after you purchased our theme. Regards!

Hi. I bought the theme. I do not want to have a marketplace website, just regular apparel, bags etc. printing business website. I added a product and tried to designed that. However, in personalization, images did not appear. I did a quick search about the problem, and saw that “design online feature is available only for administrator” in the comment below. Is that why the images did not appear while editing? and how can i make design online tool available for customer in this theme? Should I return this theme and buy your another theme? It seems you don’t use mult vendor feature and design online working for all user (only administrator can create a product that have design online feature). About the Color of Product attribute please go to the attribute link we send on the forum and click configure terms to set color code for each term. Detail in section 19.2 in the document. 2. The widget email may happens when your site already have a form, when import it will change ID and not have ID same as demo. You only need to update the ID in form. 3.
