Hi There, beautoful theme. However, we also have a problem with anchors concerning the template. As Many Items on the page are loaded “on Scroll” it happens, that when You jump to a part of the page without scrolling but via anchor, that the items are not visible. So the anchos show a blank page more or less. Also, sometimes it is not possible to scroll back up. As the page seems to be cut off. I am asking for a project that is not et Live. And I do not like to shre credentials in a comment of course.
But since You have no item support page and I have this problem, I would like You to reach out to us concerning this issue.
THXa lot!
Hello milleniumwa,
Thank you for your kind words about the theme and for explaining the issue in detail.
From your description, it sounds like the behavior is related to the “on scroll” animations/lazy loading used in the template. When a page jumps directly to an anchor without scrolling, certain elements may not trigger their visibility animation immediately, which can result in the section appearing blank or the page not scrolling as expected.
To look into this further, we’ll need a bit more context regarding your implementation.
Whenever possible, please provide one of the following (whichever feels comfortable and secure):
- A temporary/staging URL where the issue can be observed
- Access details shared privately through our profile page contact form : https://themeforest.net/user/softwebmedia
If accessing the project isn’t possible, the following details can also help us understand what’s happening:
- A short screen recording showing the issue
- The exact anchor structure being used (e.g.,
#about,#services) - A screenshot of the animation/scroll settings applied to the affected sections
Once we have more information, we’ll review it and get back to you.
Thank you.
Thank You for fixing this problem !
I am trying to create a section like the one you have in the https://studiofifty.premiumthemes.in/creative-agency/ and section “Our Key Benefits” .
In this page, if i am down and i do a page refresh, most of the items are disappeared. If i move to top and go back down, there are still missing.
I added 6 of these “boxes” and the animation works well if i am on the top of the page and i refresh. But if i am under them, or at them, they are bugged.
Could you please explain?
Hello johnkotsgr,
Thank you for choosing our theme.
This behavior is normal with scroll-based reveal animations, because they are triggered only when the element enters the viewport while scrolling down. If the page is refreshed when you are already near the middle or bottom, the animations don’t re-trigger, so some items may appear missing or hidden until the scroll direction and trigger sequence starts from the top. In real-world usage visitors always begin at the top of the page, so the effect works as intended — it’s just the expected behavior of scroll-triggered animation systems.
Thank you.
You mentioned that you sent and email regarding the issue I’m having with this theme. But I’m not seeing it in my inbox. Can you resend it to blake@currymedia.co?
Thanks! Jeff
Hello Jeff,
We previously replied to the same email address used above and have now forwarded our response again to blake@currymedia.co . Please also check your spam/junk folder in case it was filtered there.
Thank you.
Hello Jeff,
Thank you for confirming the email address.
We attempted sending the message again, but it appears the mail server for currymedia.co isn’t responding, so Gmail is unable to deliver the email at the moment. The delivery log shows:
“The recipient server did not accept our request to connect (timed out).”
This usually means the mail server may be temporarily offline or experiencing configuration issues.
To avoid delays, could you please provide an alternate email address where we can resend the details?
Once we receive it, we’ll forward the message immediately.
Thank you for your patience — we’ll get this resolved as soon as possible.
I’m helping my friend with a theme he bought on Themeforest. I’m having trouble with this theme and Elementor I believe. What I create using Elementor isn’t how the website looks when live. Can you help?

> Here’s a link to a screen-captured video of what I’m seeing when I preview it on the backend of the website: https://tinyurl.com/386fahyw

Thanks, Jeff
Hi Jeff,
Thanks for reaching out.
We’ve sent the full details to your email, so please check your inbox.
Thank you.
Newbie question here. How can I change the hero background image on the first slide of “Main Home — Front Page, Elementor”. I cant seem to find it on Elementor page, and cant find the button for change image. As for the other images on the page, I can see the change image button, but cant see it for the hero background image of Main home.
The hero bg image I am referring to is the kids walking image.
Hello lanotjohnlouisse,
Thank you for choosing our theme. Please follow the steps shown in the screenshot to change the hero background image: https://snipboard.io/xDYT7R.jpg
Thank you.
I bought the Studio Fifty theme. I’ve built my site, but it looks one way under the Elementor when I’m building it, but certain sections (like the main hero image on the home page) don’t appear on the live site. Is this common? Can you help?
Hello Jeff,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m not seeing the “Purchased” badge on your comment. Please log in with the account you used to buy the theme and reply again so we can verify your purchase.
Also, please share a screenshot (or page URL) and let us know which home page you’re using (e.g., Main Home or another demo). This will help us guide you more accurately.
Thank you!
I’m helping my friend with a theme he bought on Themeforest. Do I need to login under his account and resubmit my issue, or can I give you his account info so you can see that it was actually purchased?
> Here’s a link to the live page with missing sections: https://currymedia.co
> Here’s a link to a screen-captured video of what I’m seeing when I preview it on the backend of the website: https://tinyurl.com/386fahyw

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for confirming the details. To proceed, please log in using your friend’s ThemeForest account and resend the support request — this is required so we can verify the purchase before providing assistance.
Once logged in, please also send the website’s WordPress admin login credentials via our profile page contact form ( https://themeforest.net/user/softwebmedia ). I need to check how the hero banner background image has been added, as it doesn’t appear in the HTML output on the live site.
Once we have access, we’ll investigate and help you resolve the issue.
Thank you!
HTML Version is available ?
Hello Ravi Kumar,
Thank you for your interest!
We don’t have an HTML version of StudioFifty, and it’s available only for WordPress.
Thank you.
Hi, Why is not the Font I set in the Them settings overwriting the fonts on template and where can I change logo and edit menu?
I only want hamburger menu on all devices, not horizontal menu in Header.
Thanks, Marcus
Hello Marcus,
Thank you for choosing our theme.
Customizer font settings control 99% of the fonts used on the website. Only 1% of typography added directly inside Elementor will not change automatically. This is because those sections use advanced customization where the font family must be set from Elementor itself.
For the hamburger menu on all devices:
Go to Customizer → Header Content → Custom → “Select Custom Header” → Header Transparent Minimal – White/Black Text.
Also, please unset any individual page header from Page Options Metabox → Header section, otherwise it will override the global setting.
Video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DVNGYWF3ao4&t=39s
More details: https://premiumthemes.in/docs/studio-fifty/#header-responsive-settings
You can edit the logo from:
Admin → Sections → Select the Header you are using → Click on “Edit with Elementor” button
You can edit menus from:
Admin → Appearance → Menus
If you’re new to WordPress or Elementor, we recommend checking basic tutorials — this will speed up your work and save time.
Thank you.
Hello Support Team,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m facing an issue with the portfolio section of the theme. It was fixed previously, but the same problem has occurred again. The portfolio section is breaking again, and it’s affecting the site layout.
Could you please check this issue again and provide a permanent fix or guidance on how to prevent it from happening in the future?
Thank you for your assistance. Looking forward to your solution.
Best regards.
Hello W1comms,
Thank you for reaching out. The earlier issue with the portfolio section was resolved in the latest version of the theme and the core plugin. If the problem has reappeared, it may be caused by a different factor this time.
To help you quickly and accurately, please share your website’s admin login details ( via our profile page contact form: https://themeforest.net/user/softwebmedia ). Once we have access, we will check the setup and provide a proper fix.
We’re here to assist you and ensure everything works smoothly.
Thank you.

Hello W1comms,
Please note this forum is public — for your security, change your WordPress admin password immediately and avoid sharing login details here.
For the portfolio issue: please do not use Elementor Pro Theme Builder for the header/footer. It can prevent required theme scripts from loading and that’s why the portfolio/slider layout breaks.
To avoid this permanently, please build and assign your Header, Titlebar, and Footer using the theme’s inbuilt “Sections” post type. Once you switch to the theme Sections system, the missing scripts load correctly and the portfolio section should stop breaking.
Thank you.
Congrats, guys, your template is going fast! 99 Performance in Google

That’s fantastic to hear! A 99 performance score is a great achievement — we’re thrilled that our template helped you reach it. Thanks for sharing your feedback!
Hello, How do I get the portfolio box to be clickable? Now it is only possible to enter the portfolio by clicking the arrow. This is both on PC and mobile. Users have expressed that it is not user friendly. https://prnt.sc/rbW72M0Z_rOd
Hello avotinsaleksis,
Thank you for your feedback.
We completely agree with your point — having the entire portfolio box clickable improves user experience. However, this functionality isn’t possible when using the “Over Image” option.
To make the entire portfolio box clickable, please switch to either the “Below Image” or “Over on Hover Image” display option. These layouts support full-box linking and should work seamlessly on both desktop and mobile ( https://snipboard.io/tmon2u.jpg ).
Thank you.
Thanks for the reply – unfortunately then the cool effect of blur disappears. Is there any way of maintaining the blur when “Over on Hover Image” is ticked?
Hello avotinsaleksis,
You can maintain the blur effect by adding a small piece of custom CSS. Please go to Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS in your WordPress dashboard, and add the following code there:
.mk-portfolio-modern .content-position--hover-over .mk-portfolio-content:after {
-webkit-backdrop-filter: blur(5px);
backdrop-filter: blur(5px);
}
Thank you.
I am working on Social Icons Settings, but I can not see the way to add a new button, like WhatsApp. Thanks
Hello matiallendes,
Could you please share more details about where you’d like to add the social icon — for example, which section or widget you’re referring to? Once we have that information, we’ll provide specific steps to help you add the WhatsApp icon.
Thank you.
Hi there,
I’ve installed the theme and I made all of the required actions. Theme installation, plugin installations and importing demo content. Yet, it’s not working properly, I want to use the creative agency homepage as a static page. Can you help me asap ?

Hello afircks,
Thank you for choosing our theme.
Please check your server settings:
Go to Admin → Theme Panel → Theme Dashboard → System Information.
If any values are lower than the recommended ones below, ask your host to increase them:
PHP 8.1+
PHP Memory Limit: 512M+
Max. Execution Time: 300–600
Max Input Time: 1000
max_input_vars: 4000
Max Upload Size and Post Max Size: 64M+
Usually, the 504 error happens because of low execution time or memory limits. After updating, retry the demo import.
Thank you.
Hello guys, how are you? I want to know how can edit the 404 page, I can’t find the way. Thanks.
Hello @matiallendes,,
You can add 404.php file to child theme and customize it or you can install “Smart Custom 404 error page [404page]” plugin to make any page as a 404 page.
1. Install and activate plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/404page/
2. Go to Admin > Appearance > 404 Error Page
3. Go to “Genaral” section and select page for 404 error page.
Thank you.
thanks guys
Hi, I’m considering using your theme for an existing WordPress site, but I’d like to confirm a few things before purchasing.
Is it possible to easily create a custom header layout where:
The logo spans the entire top section (full width),
The navigation menu is displayed below the logo, and
Social media icons with links can be added (for example, aligned to the right or within the header area)?
Thank you!
Hello pinguina,
Thank you for contacting us!
Yes, absolutely — you can easily achieve this header layout with our theme. Since the header is built using the Elementor Page Builder, you have complete flexibility to customize it as per your requirements, including:
- Displaying the logo across the full width of the top section,
- Placing the navigation menu below the logo, and
- Adding social media icons anywhere in the header (for example, aligned to the right or within the same section).
All these changes can be made visually in Elementor, without touching any code.
Thank you.
Hello, I bought your template and installed it successfully. I also imported demo content.
I tried to follow the documentation, but I have a few questions: - Documentation has a part about Revolution Slider, but it hasn’t been installed by the required plugin install - Do I need to setup Envato access key to allow plugin and theme updates? Is there any licensing setup to do? - Does it include Elementor Pro license?
Thank you
Hello starthack78,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme!
Just to clarify, Slider Revolution isn’t included with this theme, and it’s not mentioned in the documentation for that reason. Some of our other themes include it, which can sometimes cause a little confusion. The demo was built using the free version of Elementor, so you’ll get all the same features without needing Elementor Pro. You can install Elementor Pro only if you’d like to use its additional features.
Documentation: https://premiumthemes.in/docs/studio-fifty/#1-introduction
For theme updates, please refer to the Envato Market plugin setup tutorial for automatic updates: https://premiumthemes.in/docs/common/theme-update/index.html#theme-automatic-updates
If you prefer not to connect Envato API keys, you can also download the latest version manually from your ThemeForest download page: https://themeforest.net/downloads
Thank you!
Hello msr1368,
Thank you for contacting us and for your interest in our theme! The theme is fully suitable for your business. However, we don’t provide migration services — we recommend a fresh installation and replacing the demo content with your own. Direct migration of existing content into the demo is not possible.
Thank you.
thanks
I’m using the Studio Fifty theme on my WordPress site and encountering an issue with the Portfolio Slider widget. It functions correctly in Elementor edit mode but breaks on the live site, with slides overlapping or not displaying properly. I’ve cleared the cache, but the problem persists. My setup includes WordPress 6.8.2 and Elementor Pro 3.32.1. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue or provide a patch to ensure the slider works correctly on the live site? Thank you for your assistance.
