In our business model, users will not see prices directly. Instead, they will only submit a request for vehicles, and these requests will be reviewed by the website admin. After that, the admin will contact users manually with pricing and further details.
Does your theme support such a configuration or a similar request-based workflow?

I am using the AutoZone theme. I need to set a hard limit on my inventory e.g., 5 cars for Group B ,so that the system stops accepting bookings when those 5 cars are rented for specific dates.
Since AutoZone uses its own built-in system and not WooCommerce, where can I set the Availability/Quantity limit? If the theme doesn’t support automatic inventory tracking, should I proceed with the VikRentCar installation?

Hi, I am about to purchase your template and would like to clarify a couple of points before proceeding. I always prefer to confirm these details in advance.
First, is it possible to create different car types and categories or groups, such as Group A, Group AA, Group B, Group BA, and so on. The idea is that when a customer wants to find a car, they can select the car type from a menu option like “Car Type” and then view only the cars that belong to that specific group.
Second, is it possible to set different prices based on both car type and season or month. For example, can the same car type have different prices in January and February compared to June, July, and August. I would appreciate your confirmation on whether these features are supported before I complete the purchase.

Good evening. I’m interested in purchasing your template for my car rental company based in Greece. I’d like to ask whether the following scenario is supported by your template (I’ll use an example to clarify):
Let’s assume someone rents one of my cars (at a rate of €100 per day), starting on December 1st at 09:00 and returns it on December 4th at 13:00. Will the final charge be for 3 days (€300) or 4 days (€400)? Will I be able to set an extra fee in case the car is returned a few hours later than the exact 72-hour (3-day) period?
Also, can I set a minimum rental duration per vehicle?

I would kindly like to request one more clarification regarding the plugin. Is there a possibility to set a specific drop-off time for the car? Similar to hotel room bookings, where after a certain time the guest is charged for an additional day. For example, to define that after 10:00 am, the customer will be charged for an extra day even if the 24-hour rental period has not been completed.
For instance, if a customer picks up the car at 5:00 pm on Monday and returns it at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, they would be charged for a second day since the maximum drop-off time has passed.
This is exactly the same as the checkout policy in hotels. Could you please confirm if such a feature is available?

I have bought this theme some time ago and support is expired, but I have a licence.
When I want to download the latest version of the theme in my portal I get version 6.9.8 which is strage because the website is currently running on version 6.9.9. In the Item details of your theme you wrote that version 6.9.0 has arrived but I think this one is even older then? The last update of the theme is 6 October 2025.
At this moment the website crashes with the Elementor update so I realy need the new version.

Given that your question does not actually involve any real problem and its origin remains unclear — especially since you created two tickets without making them any clearer — I concluded that the best approach would be to prepare an update and provide a convenient way for you to use sections from multiple different pages on a single page, essentially creating your own hybrid. So here is our problem. Im not your friend, or relative. Im a client who bought your service, where you offer 6 months of free support. And there is no support at all. Support is included for free, and you have received responses before. Free support has certain limits and timeframes and it write in rulles. There is no reason to worry or make a tragedy out of not receiving a reply over the weekend. You have received responses earlier, which clearly shows that I am actively replying and that the support service is operational. Yet, for some reason, you claim the opposite.

Adding to that, most users have reported us that there is difficulty selecting the pickup and drop-off times. This is mainly because when you open the calendar, it displays two boxes showing two consecutive months. So, when booking on an hourly basis, users often have to select the pickup time from the first month and the drop-off time from the second month, which can be quite confusing in practice. It would be very helpful if you could modify the calendar layout to have separate calender sections for selecting pickup date and time and drop-off date and time.
