I already have the plugin but the only option I get is the customize option. Maybe it’s because of the WordPress version? I have 6.7.1 installed.

In the Envato Market plugin settings, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Envato account to refresh the license.

Updating will crash the whole Site, bc ist not compatible with Elementor 3.6+
Excerpt of my Review: “Only Works up to Elementor 3.5.5 (current 3.6.5) ElementorPro till 3.5.2 (current 3.6.4) Included Plugin “Element Pack” only tested till 2.6.6”

Hey guys, I am new to Elementor, so would be nice if you could clarify this one for me: In your Tabs/Toggles or Accordeons, the switching and text go without any animation. Is this a thing of Elementor, which can be edited or is it a question of a WP theme – whether the developers have included it or not?
And what about the menu orientation, if the theme doesn’t offer side menu, then there is no way to create it in Elementor (I mean not the PRO verion)?

1) No there isn’t any animation, but we can add any animation with some CSS code.
2) Unfortunately, our theme isn’t included any side menu header, but you can create it with the following plugin:

1. Can the menu on this layout have photos? 2. Can we move the menu to be higher up on the page? 3. Can the hero video be an image instead? (and it doesn’t look like the video loads on mobile?

1) You can create a menu as a template on Elementor, and then you can edit it as you want, and to show it you just need to grab the shortcode and add it to the Tab element.
2) Yes, of course, you can change the position of every element that is on this page, as it’s fully created with Elementor
3) Yes, you can use the video or the image on the hero, so all you need to do is to edit the section, go to the Style tab > Background and choose the type of background you want to use.
Also, you can make the video to be auto-played.

Hi, some prior to purchase questions..
1. In many of your demos the main font size is quite small that it’s almost a pain for me, and I have quite ok vision, 24” full HD screen, half a meter in front of me. I know that some designers think it’s esthetic, while forgetting function. Even SW developers go larger with their fons – compare Apple Logic Pro 7, 8 with X. Can I set all of those fonts to be a certain minimum size, without going through every section manually?
2. The images appear to jitter when zoom-in overlay effect is being used for the gallery. Could you make it smooth?
3. Somehow I’ve seen two different image/gallery lightbox desingns in the demos.. Are there several? Is the design of the lightbox freely customizable?
4. Is there a direct live preview of fonts while going through font lists? Or do you have to go to some third party page to preview each font individually?
5. Do all the color pickers offer alpha channel in GUI instead of rgba CSS entry?
6. Is it possible to apply dropbars not to buttons, but to text parts, like the definitions or article prevews in Wikipedia?
7. Are overlapping elements, e.g. text over images and vice versa, via GUI possible (without CSS)?
8. Is a GDPR module included?
9. Is the theme code clean and well-commented? Is the CSS naming well-assigned and comprehensible?
10. Using your demo sites, would it be possible to create light/dark versions of my website for the users to toggle?

1) Yes, you can change all the font-sizes at Appearance > Customize > Typography, see the attached screenshots.
2) Yes, we can help you to change the transition.
3) In our theme there are two types of lightboxes, the Elementor lightbox and our lightbox that will appear on the Media Gallery element, and on Portfolio images, you can customize freely the Elementor Lightbox by going to Elementor Site Settings > Lightbox.

2. Regarding the jittering zoom/scale overlay effect. I was rather asking, if you could fix it generally, maybe as part of an update, not as a custom edit.
4. Well on this typography overview you only show the looks of different fonts in front end. My question was however, whether your font list offers direct preview of the selected font, right on the same page, so I won’t need to go to some other page or reload my pages and all this back and forth in order to simply preview the font I’ve selected.
12. Which country in Europe are you based in? Which languguages do you support?
13. Do you offer support on weekends 10:00 – 17:00 as well?
14. Would I need to use some shortcodes or CSS to add and redesign some content elements or are all of them manageable via GUI?

2) I’ve attached some screenshots of changing the font.
3) We support only on the English language.
4) Unfortunately, we don’t work full-time at the weekend, so we can respond to you at least once per day at the weekend.
5) Basically everything is editable.

1) I’ve checked your image thumbnail hover transition again and it looks like it has low FPS, compared to better ones like the Billey theme has: https://billey.thememove.com/portfolios/portfolio-grid-boxed/ - that is one thing that is stopping me from buying your theme.The other thing and most upsetting – is your documentation. It’s like a dictionary – all plain text and no images or videos! I mean, even encyclopedias have some images. It is really a contrary to saving time and effort for your clients. Do you like to read tons of books? Many people don’t. You should really rethink that.
I doubt I have time to wait for you to remake the documentation and add all the necessary screenshots.. I think this might be also the reason you’ve had so few sales of this theme since its market entrly.

I’ve a last question (I’ve also sent you an email but I don’t know if you got it): I’ve seen in your home agency demo that you have used a layout based on 3 columns for portfolio. Can I switch it in a 4 column one, keeping the aspect ratio for every image in a columns as a 16:9? Same question also for the section for the blog section (which is in 3 columns in your layout)

Hello, I can not find the element “Heading with Gradient” . When I am already on Elementor, and drop the Advanced Heading element from the side bar, it appears with Default Heading Example. how can I replace it fro Heading Gradient? This question applies for the rest of the elements from Neuron as well.. there is only one opcion for every element .
