The theme is supported and we will continue to update it. The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.2.

Hello, I’m trying to use your theme for my portfolio page, but I’m not very experienced with these things. I have an image that’s 1080×6822 px in size. I’ve divided this image into several parts, and I’d like it to appear on my website just like it does on this page: https://www.kisa.link/sRjIV . This project on that page is mine, and I want it to look exactly the same on my own site. However, no matter what I try, I can’t seem to get it right. I’ve adjusted almost every button and setting, but it seems like the page’s CSS doesn’t allow this kind of layout. Could you please tell me how I can achieve this look?

There a couple different ways. First, please make sure you are using a “Full Width” template for the page. Then, you can add each image using some element like “Banner” or “Single Image”. Just make sure to place these elements in a row that is also set to be full width.

We are not sure what do you mean by “the issue still wasn’t resolved” since we do not have enough information on how you set up the page in the backend or how the page is displayed on the frontend of your site.

I shared a link to show you exactly how I want my visual to appear, and I explained in detail that I’m unable to achieve this on your website. However, I received an automated response instead of a relevant solution.
I originally purchased this template back in 2018, but I have never used it until now. After all these years, when I finally needed it and tried to use it, I encountered the following issue: My visual, which is a single image with dimensions of 1080×6822 px, is being automatically resized by your CSS code when uploaded to the portfolio section — reduced to approximately 440×2060 px. I would like to display my image in its full, original size.
Another issue is this: I divided the same long image into five equal parts. You can see an example here: https://www.kisa.link/sRjIV
These parts are designed to align perfectly edge to edge, forming a seamless whole — exactly as shown in the example link. However, in your system, there’s always a gap of about 15 to 20 pixels between each image. I’ve also watched all the tutorial videos you sent, but none of them provide a solution to this specific problem.
This is the core issue I’m facing.

Could you please let us know which PHP version are you using? The latest version of the theme listed in change log is tested up to PHP 8.2.
Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
You can also try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any URL (like google.com), and in the error message, the correct URL will be written.
You can also contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will assist you with deregistration.

There is only backend and classical mode. Or i need to buy full license wpbakery to use this feature?

We couldn’t reproduce this on our local installation.
When updating theme please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins, and we do recommend updating theme via FTP.
After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

After many severe bugs with my theme, I had to reinstall it several times. Unfortunately, my purchase code does not work anymore because I get the following message:
