As I stated earlier, I also cannot submit a ticket as I downloaded this theme via envato. submitting a purchase code is required and I don’t have that.

I don’t need any help from you other that you check why the demo is not installing as it should. I installed it multiple times and missed no steps and if this is general I think you need to fix your broken theme. I may need to contact Envato regarding bad resources on their platform. cheers.

I’m interested in your theme, but I noticed that the interactive image created with Image Map Pro is not clickable on mobile devices.

The issue I mentioned about it not opening is this: when I tap on the villa windows shown in the screenshot, they do not open on mobile. However, I noticed that unlike on PC, on mobile it’s not enough to just tap — you also have to press and hold. Because of this, I initially thought it wasn’t working. I don’t think an average user would understand that they need to press and hold on an interactive image on mobile.
For this reason, is there a way to change this behavior so that it opens with a normal tap instead of a long press on mobile?
I’m asking because this is the part of the theme that interests me the most. Before purchasing the theme, I’d like to know whether this was made with Image Map Pro or with another feature, and whether it’s possible to make it open on a normal tap on mobile.

Awesome theme. I’m trying to import the demo content. But I’m getting the “Your server was unable to connect to theme API server. Please check with your hosting company if the connection to https://api.casethemes.net/ is blocked in the firewall or network setup.” error. What can I do?
