Hello, Theme looks nice, but it has some out-of-style elements, for example using Dokan multivendors, seller page – reviews section (when reviews are generated from products reviews, not seller itself) single reviews are not styled correctly, adding a screenshot.

In the meantime, if you’d like to disable the sticky add-to-cart bar entirely, you can do so by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Sticky Add To Cart and turning it off there.

Yes, Motta uses AJAX for filtering on shop and taxonomy pages. This works with the Motta – Product Filter widget. You can add it to your shop sidebar via Appearance > Widgets and it’ll handle the AJAX filtering automatically.

For hiding the text and button on mobile, please try adding this CSS to your site:
Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, paste this CSS:

This will hide the slide content on mobile screens while keeping everything visible on desktop.

Unfortunately, that’s not something we can achieve with CSS alone.
What you could try instead is using Elementor to rebuild that section with a custom two-column layout, which gives you full control over image positioning.
Ahh.. that totally makes sense. I didn’t think to try that. Would I still be able to use the css you gave me to only show the text on Desktop and NOT on mobile if I were to rebuild the Hero section with two columns?
I guess I’m trying to work out in my mind, how I would have both columns sync when someone swipes the column on the left.. how would that make the column on the right swipe as well if there’s two separate columns?

I think maybe the vesrsion needs to be updated as it disabled all variable products to be purchased in our store. motta/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variation-add-to-cart-button.php version 10.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 10.5.2,

I have Hostinger’s Cloud Enterprise hosting plan, I have 2 websites running for the last 2 years, I have to clear Hostinger’s cache daily, because until I clear the hosting cache, my shop page remains missing, as soon as the cache clear is complete, the shop page appears. I have contacted Hostinger many times but they always say it’s the theme’s fault.

This is most likely a plugin conflict causing your shop page to crash, and the cache is saving that broken version – so the page stays broken until you clear it.
Here’s what to try:
1. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce temporarily, then check if the shop page loads correctly without clearing cache.
2. Reactivate plugins one by one to find which one is causing the conflict.
3. Once identified, you can either remove that plugin or reach out to its developer for a fix.
Also worth checking: if your disk space is nearly full, that alone can prevent pages from loading. Check your Hostinger dashboard to see current disk usage. If it’s close to the limit, clearing old files or logs can help.
Hello, I noticed that the theme does not use Elementor for the header but only for the footer, which I find very strange. Then I installed Elementor Pro to be able to use a header block from the theme, but to my surprise, no header blocks are available for this theme. Also, Motta does not have theme options, which is very disappointing. There is no possibility to modify the header, even with Elementor Pro.

Motta has its own built-in header builder – you don’t need Elementor Pro for it. You can find it in Appearance > Customize > Header. All theme options are in the Customizer, not in a separate theme panel.

I have purchased your theme and overall I like it, but I am facing a small issue regarding the header customization.
It is currently not possible to edit the header using Elementor. To modify the header, we have to go through the WordPress Customizer, where the customization options are quite limited. For example, it is not possible to add a new custom button. I noticed in the documentation that adding a custom button should be possible, but I cannot find this option in the WordPress Customizer.
Also, unlike other themes that offer an Elementor Header builder, it is not possible to freely move buttons or create custom blocks in the header using Elementor. We can only use the predefined buttons provided by the theme, and we cannot create or design our own header elements.
This is the only issue I am experiencing with the theme. Is there a way to fully customize the header with Elementor, or do you have any alternative solutions or recommendations to achieve more flexibility in the header design?

The Motta theme doesn’t include a built-in Elementor header builder. The header customization happens through the WordPress Customizer, which has preset options but limited flexibility compared to a drag-and-drop builder.
To get full Elementor-based header customization with complete design freedom, you’d need Elementor Pro.

I would just like to add a custom button in the header, a button called “Sell”, but I’m not sure if this is possible. Yes, I do have Elementor Pro.
Also, why can’t the header be edited with Elementor, while the footer can? It’s really unfortunate because the customization options are very limited.
You can add a custom button to the header, but it requires some custom code – the built-in header builder doesn’t have a drag-and-drop button element.
The header uses the theme’s own builder instead of Elementor because it needs to handle specific functionality like sticky headers, mobile menus, and cart dropdowns that work consistently across the site. The footer is simpler, so Elementor works well there.

Thanks for your feedback. We’ve tested, and the link is working on our end. Please try downloading it in an incognito/private browser window, or check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking the .zip file. Some security tools do that automatically. You can temporarily disable them and try again.
For multi-vendor functionality, you can install either Dokan or WCF. Both are free plugins available on WordPress.org. Motta is fully compatible with both of them.

The search box text should be translatable in the Motta theme through Loco Translate.
Please try searching for the text again in the Motta theme using Loco Translate. If you still can’t find it:
1. Go to Loco Translate > Themes > Motta
2. Click “Sync” to refresh the language template file
3. Search for the text again after syncing
This should make the text appear in the translation list.

I need help with a few design issues on my website:
In the mobile version, when I open the main menu, there’s a text that says “See all” (or in Azerbaijani “Hamısına bax”) next to my category names. I would like to remove that text completely, because it overlaps with my category titles and looks distracting.
In the header area (the dark section that contains my logo, search bar, and icons), the background color blends too much with my logo colors, which makes the logo look less visible. Could you please tell me how to change the background color of that header area (only that section, not the entire site)?
I’m also having a problem with the logo size in responsive views:
When I adjust the logo size to look good on desktop, it becomes too large on mobile.
When I resize it for mobile, it becomes too small on desktop. I’d like to know how to set different logo sizes for desktop and mobile versions so that it looks balanced on both.

The Motta theme supports multi-vendor plugins like Dokan, WCFM, and Marketking, so vendors can list and sell products on your store.
For your specific workflow (vendors send inventory to your warehouse, you handle fulfillment), you’ll need additional inventory management and fulfillment plugins. The multi-vendor plugins handle the marketplace side, but the centralized warehouse fulfillment would require:
- A warehouse management plugin
- Custom workflow setup to route all orders through your fulfillment center
This isn’t built into Motta or the multi-vendor plugins by default, but the theme won’t limit you from adding those solutions.

I’m experiencing a serious issue with the single product page on my website after the recent updates. On desktop, everything works perfectly — product description, additional information, and reviews are visible and switch normally.
However, on mobile devices, the accordion sections (“+” icons for Description, Additional Information, Reviews) do not expand when clicked. The buttons are visible but not functional.
This problem appeared after updating WooCommerce, Elementor, and the theme, as well as after making some layout changes in the “Single Product” settings panel.
Please log in to my WordPress dashboard and fix this issue directly, because it affects the functionality of all product pages on mobile.

So it looks like the entire mobile JavaScript on the product page is not functioning correctly (accordion and slider both not working).

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I found the cause of the issue myself and fixed it.
The problem was caused by one of my custom translation scripts that used innerHTML replacements inside wp_footer. It was unintentionally breaking the JavaScript functionality on the product page (mobile accordion and related products slider).
After I replaced that code with a safer version that only modifies text nodes (without rewriting the entire HTML), everything started working correctly again.
