I hope you are doing well.

I am currently using the Musicon – WordPress Membership Music Theme, and I am experiencing two important issues that I need your assistance with.

1) MP3 Upload Size Limitation

My WordPress server and Media Library allow uploads up to 2 GB, and I can successfully upload large MP3 files directly through Media → Add New.

However, when uploading MP3 files through the Play Block / theme upload system, I receive the error:

“You are not allowed to upload that file”

This happens only when the MP3 file is larger than approximately 50 MB (for example, a 52.2 MB MP3). Smaller MP3 files upload without any issue.

I have already verified:

PHP upload limits are high enough

WordPress upload limit is 2 GB

MP3 MIME type is allowed

This suggests there may be a hard-coded or JavaScript-based upload size limit inside the theme or Play Block.

Could you please let me know:

Where this upload size limit is defined?

Whether it can be increased (for example to 100 MB or more)?

If there is a filter, setting, or recommended method to override this limit safely?

2) No Way to Edit Forms (Login, Register, Upload, etc.)

I am also unable to find any way to customize or edit:

Login form

Registration form

Upload forms

Other membership-related forms

I could not find:

Form templates in the theme files

Hooks or documentation for modifying these forms

Any admin panel option for editing form fields or layout

Could you please clarify:

Where these forms are defined?

Whether they can be customized via templates, hooks, or shortcodes?

If form customization is supported in the current version of Musicon

I really like the theme and would like to continue using it, but these two limitations are blocking important functionality for my platform.

Hi, i am trying to move my site from a subdomain to the main domain. However when i try installing the plugins i get an error saying the purchase code is correct but the theme is registered to a different domain. I deleted the subdomain and only want to use the main domain from now on. How can install the theme?

Hello. I would like the “register/login modal” to link to the Membership plugin’s register/login. It seems that the theme register/login doesn’t connect to the membership plugin. Can you help me to have the green “register/login modal” button connect to the membership plugin register/login?

Also, can you please help me to have the video show on Airplay when the video is playing and the cover image to show on Airplay when audio is playing?

I have been searching through the Musicon theme options and settings, but I haven’t been able to locate where the More From, Featured On, and Similar Posts settings are managed.

Currently, these sections are displayed correctly on the frontend, so I understand that they are working, however I would like to change their appearance and layout (e.g.: grid/slider layout, spacing, product design, etc.).

Can you advise:

1. Where exactly are these elements controlled (theme options, plugins, or block settings)?

I would really appreciate your guidance on the best way to achieve this.

This is a follow-up regarding Mixcloud playback not working in Play Block.

Hi, I hope you are doing well.

I would like to follow up on an issue I reported previously around June 29, 2025. At that time, I contacted you shortly after purchasing the Musicon theme and explained that Mixcloud did not play, while YouTube, Vimeo, and SoundCloud worked correctly.

You asked whether any JavaScript errors appeared in Chrome, and I replied with the console errors I was seeing. After that, I sent a follow-up message asking for suggestions, but I may not have explained the root cause clearly enough at that time.

Since then, I have done more detailed testing and would strongly prefer an update rather than a workaround.

From my testing, the issue is very specific and should be fixable with a small change:

- Mixcloud requires an iframe-based widget: https://player-widget.mixcloud.com/widget/iframe/ - Modern browsers (including Chrome and Safari) require allow=”encrypted-media” for Mixcloud playback - Play Block v1.0.1 currently does not output a proper iframe for Mixcloud, or the generated iframe does not include the required allow attributes

I have confirmed that this issue occurs not only on desktop browsers (Chrome and Safari), but also on iPhone browsers, including Safari and Chrome on iOS. So this is not a browser- or device-specific problem.

When the same Mixcloud widget iframe is embedded manually (using a Custom HTML block), playback works perfectly on desktop and iPhone browsers. This confirms that the theme, server, and browser configuration are all correct.

If Play Block could: 1) Detect Mixcloud URLs 2) Output the official Mixcloud widget iframe 3) Add allow=”autoplay; encrypted-media”

then Mixcloud playback would work correctly inside Play Block.

Since Mixcloud support was confirmed before purchase, I would really appreciate it if this could be addressed in an upcoming update.

Hi My current post structure is postname. If I want to switch it to musicon, I run into problems because the new URLs become:

/station/postname or

/album/postname

Is there any way to remove these endpoints?
