Hi, are there landing page options for this theme and if so so how can I view those? Thanks
Hi there,
Could you please clarify what you mean by “landing page options”? Are you referring to pre-built landing page templates included with the theme, or to creating a custom landing page layout?
Hi, I mean pre-built landing page templates included with the theme? Thank you
Yes, the theme includes 12 complete pre-built landing page demos, each with its own set of inner pages. You can preview all available demos here: https://sierra.keydesign.xyz/.
To import any of these demos into your website, please follow this guide.
Additionally, if you prefer to build a custom landing page, you can use our Elementor Template Library, which includes 800+ responsive, ready-to-use blocks.
Let me know if you have any other questions. We are here to help.
Thank you. When I go to the link to see the demos for each site, I’m not sure where to access to see what the landing page looks like for each site, is there a way to do that?
If you’d like to explore how the landing pages are built in Elementor, this would require purchasing the theme first. After that, you can install it, import any demo, and fully access the editor to see how everything is structured and customized.
The live preview only shows the final front-end version of each demo, not the editing experience.
If after testing the theme it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can submit a refund request through ThemeForest.
Ok thank you
Since yesterdays update, Elementor throws 500 error, even after updating, clearing cache, disabling plugins, theme is not able to save elementor updates. Also page titles automatically changed to demo titles, WEB APP, tagline too. This is Bad!
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out! Regarding the Elementor 500 error when saving pages, please check the following documentation article, which covers the most common causes and fixes: https://docs.keydesign.xyz/documentation/how-to-fix-elementor-500-error/.
For the page titles and demo content appearing again, this behavior is typically related to cached Elementor data after an update. Please go through the steps below:
1) Navigate to Site Admin Area → Elementor → Editor → Settings → Performance and disable “Element Cache.”
2) Navigate to Site Admin Area → Elementor → Tools → and click “Clear Files & Data.”
If you are using a caching plugin or server-side caching, clear that cache as well.
Make sure you are using the latest versions: Sierra version: v2.0 and KeyDesign Framework: v3.0.
Theme update guide: https://docs.keydesign.xyz/documentation/update-the-theme/
Plugin update guide: https://docs.keydesign.xyz/documentation/update-required-plugins/
These issues can occasionally appear immediately after updating a site because cached Elementor CSS and layout files still reference older data. After clearing the caches and disabling the Element Cache feature, the site should revert to normal behavior.
If the issue persists, please use the form on our profile page to contact us by email so we can take a closer look at your installation.
Since yesterdays update, from time to time the header goes to default, no logo, no menu – and I have to manually clear the cache for it to restore. And after a few minutes and a bit of browsing, again! What is going on?
Hi there,
This behavior is usually related to cached Elementor files and can occur while you are actively making changes to the website. If the site is still in development and you are frequently editing pages or templates, it is normal to clear the cache from time to time for the latest changes to display correctly.
I also recommend disabling the Element Cache feature, as it can sometimes cause inconsistencies while editing the site. You can do this by navigating to: WordPress Admin → Elementor → Settings → Performance → disable “Element Cache”.
After disabling it, please clear the Elementor cache again and check if the issue persists.
ElementsKit is a premium plugin and demands a LICENSE how and WHY did you include a plugin that we cannot update?!
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! ElementsKit is already included in the theme package as a bundled plugin, so it does not require a separate license key to activate it.
This is a standard practice for many ThemeForest themes. The bundled version works normally within the theme and does not require purchasing an additional license.
Whenever the plugin author releases a new version, we include the update in the theme package and make it available through the theme updates. We have been providing these updates regularly since the theme was released.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out through our support system and we will gladly help.
Hello, i can’t deactivate my domain after website installation i am stuck & need a sollution ASAP. Thank you.
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! I have deleted all your activation logs. You can try again.
I’m experiencing a serious issue with my website on mobile devices.
On desktop the site works perfectly and loads fast, but on mobile (tested on multiple phones and via PageSpeed / Lighthouse mobile emulation) the homepage behaves incorrectly:
Only the top part of the homepage loads initially, The rest of the page remains completely white, sometimes it appears only after a long delay or after refreshing the page. This happens consistently on first load on mobile, desktop version is not affected. What happened after a few updates? I cleared cache, theme and plugins updated.
I see this problem on your demo website “AI Software”
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! This issue usually happens on mobile when heavy scripts or animations delay the page rendering, even if it works fine on desktop.
To improve the loading behavior, please: - Disable entrance animations on all widgets; please note that you have to do this manually, as there aren’t any options to disable the animations globally; - Enable CSS minify and combine; - Enable JS minify and carefully test JS combine; - Make sure all resources are loading over HTTPS (no mixed content errors).
If you need further assistance, please open a support ticket and we’ll take a closer look.
Thank you.
I found the root cause: one Elementor image widget was still loading an external SVG from the Sierra demo domain over HTTP (sierra.keydesign.xyz). This caused mixed content and delayed rendering on mobile (content appeared only after scroll).
After replacing that image with a local HTTPS asset and clearing cache, the mobile loading issue is fully resolved.
Glad to read this is resolved, and thanks for the feedback. Cheers!
Hello, I’m trying to place a recent comments block on the homepage and I want the width to be fixed. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to achieve the desired width—it always stretches to take up the full screen. Could you please help me?
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! Could you please let me know how you’re adding the Recent Comments block?
Are you using the default WordPress Recent Comments widget via Appearance > Widgets (for example, inside a sidebar)?
Or are you using the Recent Comments widget from Elementor and placing it directly on the page?
If you’re adding it inside an Elementor Container, the width is controlled by the container itself. You’ll need to edit the Container settings (Layout tab).
⚠️ Important notice for WordPress 6.9 users
The recent WordPress 6.9 update (released on December 2, 2025) is causing CSS and layout issues in many Elementor-based websites. These problems are confirmed by Elementor, ElementsKit, and multiple community reports.
Temporary fix
Until Elementor and ElementsKit release new updates, please apply the following steps:
- Go to Elementor → Settings → Performance
- Set CSS Print Method to Internal Embedding
- Go to Elementor → Tools and click Clear Files & Data
- Clear your site cache and check your pages again.
Stable solution
If the issue continues, please downgrade WordPress to version 6.8.3. You can do this easily using the Core Rollback plugin.
What to expect next
We are monitoring this issue closely and testing all updates from Elementor and ElementsKit. Once new plugin releases are available and confirmed stable, you can safely update WordPress again.
We’re truly sorry for the trouble this caused and will keep supporting you until everything is back to normal.
✅ Update: issue resolved
Good news! The problems caused by the WordPress 6.9 update have now been fully resolved.
To fix the layout and CSS issues on your site, please update to the following versions:
- WordPress 6.9 (latest version)
- KeyDesign Framework v2.3
- ElementsKit Lite v3.7.7
After installing these updates, your pages should display correctly again without any additional steps.
Thank you for your patience while this was being fixed. If you still notice anything unusual, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.
I updated the theme plugin but the pricing table (with accordion switch) suddenly broke the styling / layout. I am out of support but this issue should not happen with theme or builder plugin updates. Now it’s not displaying the pricing table correctly!
Hello, we already replied to this in your email. Glad that the issue is resolved. Thank you.

Deprecated: str_replace(): Passing null to parameter #3 ($subject) of type array|string is deprecated in /home/**/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementskit-lite/modules/elementskit-icon-pack/init.php on line 99
Please update your theme, there were recent updates and everything is messed.
FIX this asap, your Theme compatibility lacks effort.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing these details.
I want to clarify that the issues you’re seeing are directly related to the recent release of WordPress 6.9 (released on December 2nd, 2025). Since that update went live, many users across the Elementor ecosystem have reported broken CSS, layout inconsistencies, and deprecated notices.
We’ve been actively investigating this on our end and have also checked with both ElementsKit and Elementor. These problems are already confirmed on their official channels:
ElementsKit public support forum (CSS breakage after WP 6.9): https://wordpress.org/support/topic/upgrade-wp6-9-breaks-css/
Elementor GitHub issue tracker: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/33707
Additional article covering the issue across multiple plugins: https://www.365i.co.uk/blog/2025/12/02/wordpress-6-9-broke-3-plugins-fix/
Temporary fix:
Until Elementor and ElementsKit release updates, the most stable solution is to downgrade WordPress to version 6.8.3. This immediately restores normal behavior for the affected widgets. You can use the Core Rollback plugin to do that.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We are actively monitoring all reports and checking if there’s anything we can address from the theme side. As soon as the affected plugins release updates, we will re-test everything to ensure full compatibility.
I appreciate your patience. We’re here and committed to helping you get your site back to normal as quickly as possible.
Hello? We have a new update for our theme.
We have some questions about updating since we already have some developed features and customizations.
Please let us know if we can update without breaking our existing updates, and what we might lose if we update automatically?
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! If you haven’t made any changes directly to the parent theme files, you can safely update to the latest version without losing your existing work. All customizations should always be added inside the child theme, so they remain intact when updating.
If any modifications were made in the parent theme, those changes will be overwritten during the update. In that case, I recommend moving those edits to the child theme before updating.
Thank you, I updated as you instructed and didn’t lose any data, everything works as it should, and thank you for your great work.
Thank you
Hi, does this demo https://sierra.keydesign.xyz/mobile-app/# support woocommerce to sell products?
and WCFM
Hi,
Yes, all our Elementor-based themes are fully compatible with WooCommerce and WCFM.
If you run into any compatibility problems, feel free to open a support ticket and our team will be happy to help.
Let me know if you need anything else!
Do I need to subscribe to Elementor paid plan for using the Elementor page builder or it’s included in the Sierra theme regular license?
Hi there, thank you for reaching out.
Elementor Pro is not required. The theme is fully compatible with the free version of Elementor, and you do not need a separate Elementor Pro subscription to customize essential parts of your site.
Thank you.
Can I change the color and fonts for a starter site to match my branding? For example this starter site: https://sierra.keydesign.xyz/marketing-automation/
Yes, you can fully change the colors and fonts for any starter site. All global styles are controlled from the Site Settings panel.
Please check this guide for a quick overview: https://docs.keydesign.xyz/documentation/elementor-site-settings/
If you need help finding any specific option, feel free to let me know.
It is possible to change only the link colour? I can’t in site settings
Hello! The link color should follow the theme’s primary color set in the Site Settings panel. Because links use a generic anchor tag, it is a bit difficult for us to provide a direct option to overwrite this in the settings.
Please register and open a support ticket and our team will help you overwrite the default link colors. Make sure to include the page link where you have this set up and a screenshot that highlights the areas that use links.
I forgot to deactivate my activation code before resetting my site. My support has expired. Please tell me how I am supposed to get this code reset so i can continue building, thanks.
Hello, can you please try again now? Thank you.
I made a request for a refund on support as I clicked pay by accident. Please process my refund, thanks.
Hello, you need to open a refund request on Envato. Please follow this link: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Hi, after update our footer broke in two pages… https://tinyurl.com/49fff5v6 can you please tell me why?
Hi, thanks for reaching out! This usually happens due to cache issues. Please go to Elementor > Tools in your admin area and click the Clear Files & Data button to reset Elementor’s cache. If you’re using a cache plugin, make sure to clear that cache as well.
If the issue persists, try disabling all plugins (except for the theme recommended ones), clear your cache, and test again.
Let us know how it goes!
can you please check ticket 4498528 ?
pages got messed randomly, no css loading. our site is messed for the last 2 hours
Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! We are currently reviewing your ticket and will leave a reply asap.
I bought this a while ago and built www.classfit.com. Our website is now slow and buggy. We’re trying to rebuild the website using the same theme on wp.classfit.com as a stage, until approved when we can promote it to classfit.com.
We are getting an error “License is incorrect or this license is not assigned to you, please contact support!”.
We do not have a support package, nor should we need to pay for one to fix this error. Can you help please.
Dan
Hello, you are using the wrong Envato username. Your user is pricedd87 , please try with that. Thank you.
Unfortunately, RTL it is not supported in all templates.
Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. All of our template library blocks are designed for LTR websites by default. However, if you’re building an RTL website, you can still use our templates; just a few small adjustments are needed. These can be done easily using the Elementor editor, with no custom coding required. If you need any help, feel free to reach out!
Issues with theme
Hey guys, were trying to help a clients site we have some major issues with the theme.
Fails core web vitals on VPS hosting. FOCU issues with elements kit header (resize flash) Demo colors overriding button colors randomly, due to some cache or bugs in the theme – we have set global colors and item colors, zero reason this should be happening.
Cache issues with WP Rocket and the mobile site randomly will show blue buttons instead of red.
We need some help !
Hello, please open a ticket on keydesign.ticksy.com
