You can download and install plugin from this link (please see screenshot). However, this plugin is not required and everything showcased in the demo will be available even if you don’t install it.
Widgets in header can be edited in Appearance > Widgets. For a more detailed overview of available widgets and widget areas please check this section of documentation.
To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article – How To Submit A Ticket. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Select) and then theme.

it looks its not free. Do I need WPBakery Page Builder to edit the pages in this theme? If so, it doesn’t have a license. How do I edit them? and You haven’t included instructions on how to remove the user icon and its content from the header section of the document. Even though I changed the logo, your logo is still visible in the drawer that opens from the right. How can I remove that if I don’t want to use it anymore?
There is no need to use premium version of Qode Optimizer plugin. Both free and premium versions are optional. If you want to use this plugin the free version can be downloaded by clicking on “Download Free Version” link shown in screenshot.
The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. You can read more about this here.
The user icon is placed inside header widget areas and they can be edited in Appearance > Widgets. You can delete widgets that you don’t want displayed from header widget areas.
It could be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.

When I want to try a booking there is no date available in ‘Book this tour’ , so I can’t really test
I read that your theme is compatible with woocommerce as a shop, but can we make a booking for a tour with card with Stripe. If not, is there a way to make a bookig with Stripe through a paid/premium add-on ? If so, could you share details please.

Unfortunately adding Stripe payment option is not available with a paid add-on. Implementing Stripe as payment gateway would require additional customization, but this falls out of our support scope.

Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.
The theme is supported and we will continue to update it, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out. The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.0.

The booking is working on our end. You can select one of the available tours that have the dates available, and after filling the booking fields and checking the availability, the booking will work as demonstrated here.
The theme uses its own custom booking system.

It is possible that this is related to your browser settings.
The theme comes with PayPal for online payments. There are no other online payment gateways built in. However you can disable the PayPal if you do not want to use it. So next time, please write clearly on description that must have BUSINESS PAYPAL account to use your theme. Otherwise it is useless. Really annoying. Having spent money and a lot of time to get to this point. And now you say only PAYPAL (with BUSINESS ACCOUNT) will work. And there is no help to integrate any other payment gateway. And since the booking system is your own custom one, where does this leave us, the customer?

PayPal is just a payment option that is integrated in the booking. However, you can disable the PayPal option and the bookings will still work. You will receive a booking and email your customers to arrange payment in a different way.

Unfortunately, there is no option to add a description before the tabs. This would require custom coding.
The information tab content section is editable using WPBakery plugin that is bundled with the theme. You can use it to add content that you want.
If you are referring to the tour search from the homepage for example (yellow background), it is possible to remove the month and travel type fields, and leave just the destination field.

Why the Demo content doest download? It keeps saying zero and stay like that without any change? I am following the installation instructions to get the demo content downloaded on freshly installed WP on my MAMP Pro local host? Is there is a locally downloadable version of the demo content material ? I am also getting the notification that the Theme is not compatible with the latest WooCommerce framework? Are you guys going to update the theme to address this issue?
Same issue when installed on my actual domain on the host! What is going on here?
After 2 hours the demo content download got finished. I think it would make life much easier if the content would have been already included as part of Themeforest download repository. That said I am still seeing 0% download on the MAMP locally hosted server. So I guess you guys servers don’t communicate with MAMP?

In case you are creating an online store, a WooCommerce plugin is used, and you can use payment methods compatible with WooCommerce.

I am looking for a theme to display vacation rentals from different providers (Bookings, Airbnb, Homeaway etc.). An API interface must be available for this. It should work like this provider: https://www.cozycozy.com/
All offers should be displayed on the listing page. If you click on an offer, you will be redirected to the respective provider. It should therefore be an affiliate page. Would this be possible with this theme?

Our Getaway theme features individual tour pages with an integrated booking form. However, it is not possible to connect this form to external links. As an alternative, we recommend hiding the reservation form using CSS and adding external links to the desired sites within the tour description using WPBakery page builder. Do note that if you want to organize the booking or a request differently, then you will need to edit our theme files.
