Hello, in our recent scan with wordfence we got the message The Plugin “CMB2 Tabs” has been removed from wordpress.org but is still installed on your site. This plugin is being used from your theme and cannot be disabled. Your theme hasn’t been updated since May 2025 so there must be an update in order to be safe. Please advise.
I understand that Wordfence will throw up a notice if a plugin is no longer available on WordPress.org. This is just an automated checker and the one in regards to CMB2 tabs can be safely ignored. There are no issues with said plugin.

I’m looking for a solution that has metrics: - monthly reports of unique views for each video from users - how many videos each regular user watched (and which ones) - how many times each video was streamed (unique watch times)
Is that included in this solution? If not then do you know what plugin can do that?

The metrics and monthly reporting provided are the same as for any WordPress Theme. If you would like more detailed reporting, you would need to use a third party plugin.
Videos: If you want full metrics on videos, we suggest using a service like Vimeo PRO for hosting your videos as metrics are built-in.

Hello team,
i would like to know if you could include in a future update the option to track user’s watch history. It would be nice a user to know which of the videos/audio has already watched. I’m building a meditation online platform and i would like users to have an option to check which audios have already listened to. Also it would be nice to has a label in the grid stating something like “Already watched”.

Hello! after installing the template, following guide. i dont have a footer. If i follow the footer video, this not appear in customizer. i also made a new footer for the dashboard, same problem. after google the issue i saw to change in page settings and change the layout. The layout does not save and goes back to standard template when i update. any hint why this is?

Yes, you can adjust the theme colors. However if you wanted all the main colors black, that would require updating a number of areas.

Yes you can display audio within our theme. We have built-in support for audio and it would display similar to the video post but with the player embedded within the header instead of the video pop-up.

We have two digital/scubription products. If you add product A to cart: you can change the QTY of product cart. If you add product B to cart: you can not change the QTY of product in cart. All settings of products are the same.

Many themes like yours have optioin to handle drip content. For example user need to see first Video 1. After they completed the video he can visitor second page or check second video. Or they need to answer some questions to pass a test before they can go to next video. What about your theme? This theme also can handle this out of the box? In your theme description and in armember ship plugin description, we found “Drip content facility”. But how to handle drip content by questions to pass a test first before continue to next video? Is that possible?
Yes, our theme handles drip content. We have an add-on specifically for dripping content. Drip content refers to the user signing up and having new content slowly becoming available to their account over set periods of time. For example if you wanted a specific video to be accessed one week after they sign up, this can be automated. This works well for learning content in particular where the content is released over a period of time.
In terms of the next video autoplaying, we do not have the option you are describing. That is not a part of our theme, nor something we plan on adding.

Hello I noticed that the seasons have changed on my theme and I checked the documentations and it says if you want to use the old style seasons go to Appearance > Customize > Videos > Video Post Options.. But no further information after that.. After I go to video post options what should I do next to get the old layout of seasons.. Thank you
Yes, that is correct. If you want to revert back to the old seasons you can do so under Appearance > Customize > Videos > Video Post Options. The first setting is Unlimited, to switch to the old version click on “Deprecated/Old”. Then you are good to go.

Sorry but there is no autoplay next episode option. Adding this would limit the players that users can use so we do not have plans on adding this functionality. If this is a feature you require, we suggest hiring a developer to help you implement it.

Quick Question ; How easy would it be to offer a add to watch-list option for a specific episode in a TV series? At the moment it is only possible to add a movie or a complete TV series to the watch-list. What if you only wanted to watch 1 episode later/again but you cant favorite it or add it to the watch list.
