Glad you added the verified-author checkmark—I was the first to suggest it. A few small additions would make it even better: showing the checkmark in post lists, custom colors for different author levels, and an option to upload a custom checkmark.
I’ve also heard a multi-author feature is on the way. Please include a guest author option so a single post can have a name, photo, one-line bio, and social links without creating a full user account. Newsrooms I work with get plenty of reader submissions, and they don’t want to make separate accounts for every contributor—only regular authors need profiles.
Adding this would be a real game-changer. Thanks for the great theme.

I bought this theme but can’t activate because of some error message:

This issue may be due to a hosting configuration. Please check to ensure that “allow_url_fopen” is enabled on your hosting. You can also review your hosting security settings, if any security mode is blocking remote requests, try temporarily disabling it, activate the theme, and then re-enable it afterward.

I am trying to reactivate the Foxiz theme on my website, but I’m getting an error.
I want to mention that I had activated and used this theme on the same domain a few months ago. Later, I switched to GeneratePress for some time.
Now I want to use Foxiz again on the same site, but your system is not allowing me to activate it.
Why is this happening? I paid for this theme once. Does my purchase not have any value anymore?

Hi there,
I’ve encountered an issue with the post dates in the theme. When I update an existing post, the original publication date also changes, instead of only updating the “last updated” date.
I need the theme to keep the original publish date unchanged, and only modify the updated date when a post is edited.
Could you please help me fix this or let me know what configuration I should adjust?

Where is the new Foxiz 2.7 update? For the past couple of weeks, people have been continuously asking about it, and every time you just say “coming soon.” Please be specific — when exactly is the new update coming? “Soon” could mean a day, a week, two weeks, or even a whole month.
Also, you haven’t shared any changelogs or details about what’s new. Please provide some clear information or at least a few hints about Foxiz 2.7.

2. Yes, live blogging is supported for any post. You can enable it directly from the theme’s feature settings.
3. Yes, Foxiz supports inline ads. You can add up to three different ad codes and assign multiple placement options for each.
4. Yes, Foxiz supports single post full-width image layouts. You can view examples in the demo or create a custom single post layout if desired.

That’s correct, however, I’m creating a schema and I’d like to know what the variable for that field is. I want to pull that information specifically for other part of the site where the review aspect of the post isn’t there. Like a PAGE or CATEGORY. Often enough the variable is price but this is not the case here.

Hello. I have an idea for a function (which turned out to be necessary). When we attach a featured image to a post, we would like to have the option to upload a different featured image inside the post when it’s opened, either from the post settings or have the ability to disable the featured image altogether from the post settings (while maintaining the same post style). That is, to have one photo on the grid and a different one inside the post. If possible, please include this function in the planned massive 2.7 update. Thank you.
