I am trying to customize the theme but it is not replacing my company logo, not able to change extreme top header and footer, not able to replace your jumping logo with my company logo. Please help.

I’m using the primary domain idcvietnam.org. Can I add two subdomains, ditru.idcvietnam.org and duhoc.idcvietnam.org, to use with this script?

With a Regular license, you’re allowed to use the theme on one website only. Each subdomain is treated as a separate site, so if you plan to use the theme then you’ll need to purchase an additional license for each subdomain.

I have 2 issues: 1. Purchase Code INVALID 2. Sign Up to raise a TICKET and before i can do that, it say enter PURCHASE CODE but the field is greyed out. Cannot key in anything.

Please find your purchase code in your ThemeForest account by following the steps below:
- Log in to your ThemeForest account.
- Go to Downloads.
- Locate your purchased theme.
- Click the Download button and select “License certificate & purchase code (text)”.
- You’ll find your purchase code inside that file.

Please go to Dashboard → UAE → Header & Footer, then open the header in Elementor edit mode. There, you’ll find the option to change the logo.

I recently purchased the Beron – Visa Consultancy & Immigration Services WordPress Theme (ThemeForest purchase verified). While attempting to import the Demo Three using the one-click demo importer, the process fails and shows the following error:
Import Failed Whoops, there was a problem importing your content. Error: error (404)
I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
Could you please help me resolve this issue? Specifically, I would like guidance on:
Why the import is failing with a 404 error.
Any additional steps I should take to successfully install the Demo Three.
