i am unable to send support a ticket as my support is expired. updated the them e and unable to activate theme now… it says purchase code invalid but when i try to contact support, i can see that the purchase code is valid because it says support is expired. What do I do?

Unfortunately, payments are handled entirely by Envato (ThemeForest), and we don’t have control over the checkout or payment process. We recommend trying the following:
- Use a different browser or device
- Try another payment method or card
- Contact Envato Support directly so they can assist you with the payment issue
At the moment, the theme is only available for purchase through the Envato marketplace.

We bought hospa theme and we activated with license but we can’t use mobile header side. I mean we can’t open a menu
There’s a header area under the menu that contains several pages, but it’s not working.
This happened when there was a licensing issue. We had the same issue once before, but it was resolved. Could you please check if there’s a licensing issue?

Rolling back WordPress restores functionality, which confirms the problem is triggered by the update and tied to the theme.

Hello, I’ve purchased a licence for Hospa. I created a staging to do some works and decided to push those changes to my live site (https://www.vosoreilles.com/) and when I did that, my theme didn’t recognise my Licence Key, it said “Purchase key invalid” and that “vosoreilles.com” was already using the licence, so I was forced to take a backup for my site. I then tried to deregister my licence key on my live site vosoreilles.com and then push my staging changes and then activate my licence key on vosoreilles.com, but had the same error message. What can I do to get my staging changes and also keep my licence active ? Thanks.
I have another issue, I managed somehow to activate the licence key, but I’m still losing access to my widget-hospa-navbar and my widget-HospaLocationCard “Find Location Card” which you can see on my navbar and on my contact page https://www.vosoreilles.com/contact/ and I really need to keep those elements and still be able to push my stagings tweaks on live.
