Thanks for the reply, but the problem is that I had activated it on a website that I deleted and no longer own; the domain name has expired and there’s nothing on it anymore. When I try to install it on my new domain, I get the error: “The purchase code is already used.”
What should I do? Isn’t there a way to deactivate the license and reactivate it on the new domain name?

The Digiqole theme crashes with the most recent update to Elementor and/or Elementor Pro. I have gone through the troubleshooting process with/ other plugins. The Elementor plugin is causing the issue. I have extended my support in finding a resolution to this issue, but I have not heard back. Additionally, when logged into the support portal, there is no obvious record of support tickets/ticket history, so I am turning to this public forum for support.

1.) I normally use a 16:9 aspect ratio throughout the website. This means that from thumbnail to feature image, the aspect ratio is the same. For instance, 1280×720, 640×360, and so on. However, your theme uses several fixed image ratios that differ from one another.

Here’s an example of a popular news theme that I’ve been using for a while.

2.) The post grid (Load More) section does not have a column-expanding option. By default, it just contains two columns. I normally use a three-column option.
3.) Also notices some layout shifts in the header in mobile view.
4.) Add more header options if possible.

There seem to be an issue with main-slider and post-slider of the Digiqole theme with last updates (Digiqole 2.2.2 and Elementor 3.27.6), the dots aren’t displaying for both and the slider isn’t showing other post for main-slider only.
