Hello, I am interested in purchasing your theme. And just read the comments from the past few months, and I see some concerns.
1. You don’t reply back to questions fast enough, either same day, or next day. Some questions or comments go unanswered for days. That is very concerning, so I want to know how you plan to improve this?
2. The Claim Listing option seems to give people a lot of issues, and this is going to be a feature we plan on using, why are they having issues with this feature? And have you fixed those issues? Most users who have purchased your theme, are commenting when you fix one thing, another thing breaks down. Why is that happening? Is this not a properly designed functioning theme?
3. Can you use WooCommerce Subscription for Packages? And can there be a different package for each listing type?
4. Can I import listings from another WordPress Listing Directory Theme? If so, how would I import those listings, and users, and Vendors?
5. Do you offer Vendor setup, and for us to charge Vendors commission? And Vendor Payouts?
6. Is there any 3rd party AI Plugin that can work with your theme, that we can use to create Users browsing to create an Itinerary of places to go and explore, and invite their friends to share that intinerary, where they can then register for the site, and also add spots to explore and stop at?
7. Do you offer custom work on the theme if we need it?

1. Can listing owners add coupons or deals and be posted in their profile or store? Also, can there be a page with only coupons/deals and be able to filter them out by location or category?
2. Can listing owner sell tickets for events?
3. I know it’s compatible with woocomerce, but can I have a full directory website and a woocomerce online store? I had previous experience with other theme were I could have woocomerce but the layout and shop page was extremely limited.

1. You can create a listing type just for coupons and deals. Users can create coupons and display them in their main listing using the related listing field. This also allows you to display all coupons in one page, and you can filter them by category and locations
2. They can, however if you want to all them to create tickets then you need a vendor plugin as well
3. All the features that woocommerce provides are available in the theme so yes you can create a directory and online store. If you have more specific questions about what was limited in other themes we can provide more information

Ok … This CRITICAL ERROR still appearing in hundred of websites of users like me… nobody make the fix or any update… bad points for your product… now im receiving many complaints from my users about this error. I hope they release the update soon and don’t make us pay extra to have a temporary fix installed on our child theme.

I’m interested in using the MyListing theme for a new Directory website I’m building. Instead of using the MyListing payment option we’d use LifterLMS as our membership platform and Thrivecart as our shopping cart. We have used the LifterLMS / Thrivecart integration successfully on other websites. Is this possible using the MyListing Theme? (So we would bypass the payment option in MyListing.)

We use WooCommerce for all payments in MyListing. You would either have to use a service that integrates Thrivecart and LifterLMS with WooCommerce, or not use WooCommerce at all. If you don’t use WooCommerce then you won’t be able to use paid listings feature and user dashboard page. You will still be able to create free listings.
Other than that everything else will work normally
Okay, so there’s no way to just bypass WooCommerce and use Thrivecart for our shopping cart for people to create paid listings?
