I’m having an issue with the checkout page in the theme.

Currently, the checkout only shows the option to purchase by creating a new account. There is no option displayed for existing customers to log in, which causes confusion for users who are already registered.

My goal is to have the checkout clearly display the option to:

Log in with an existing account Or continue by creating a new account (if the user is not registered) I will attach a screenshot as a visual reference of what I’m trying to achieve.

Could you please let me know:

If this functionality is supported by the theme? If it depends on any theme or WooCommerce settings? Or if it requires any additional customization (hooks, template overrides, etc.) Looking forward to your reply.

There are some concerns (and already problems) with some clients regarding the recaptcha included in Akira: some of the bots already passed the Akira Recaptcha (using Google’s recaptcha V3 or V2). From what we’ve seen, the current recaptcha is no longer supported and Google migrated to Recaptcha on Google Cloud. How can we update our versions in order to have a more stable security? I need to put in the header two menus. One is a burguer icon that opens one specific menu in the offcanva. The other is another menu in horizontal. How can we do this?

Before purchasing I’d like to clarify one point: the theme is advertised everywhere as Prestashop 9 compatible, however in the description it states “Slider Revolution 6.2.22.5 – Included (PHP 7 only)”. Since Prestashop 9 is PHP 8 only, could you please confirm whether Slider Revolution is fully compatible with PHP 8 / Prestashop 9, or if an updated version is required?

We have installed and customized Akira Theme for Prestashop version 8.1 however there are webserver compatibility issues with specific Prestashop version. (not related to akira theme). So we have moved the site to another server which is compatible.

After installing the Prestashop on a new server, how can we migrate the theme from the older site to the new one ? The staging subdomain is different.

Can we migrate the theme with the customizations ?

I’m writing to you regarding your Akira theme, which I have been using for a long time and genuinely appreciate. I should mention that I have already purchased 4 licenses, which shows how much I believe in your work and why I keep recommending it.

However, the latest version, announced as compatible with PrestaShop 8.2.3, is causing a very large number of technical issues. So much so that it is currently impossible for me to migrate my 1.7.xx websites to 8.2.3, even though that was precisely the goal.

Here are the problems I’m facing:

Incompatibility with PHP 8.1. To make the theme work correctly, I’m forced to downgrade to PHP 7.4, which will inevitably create serious security and performance issues if I have to stay on that version.

Axon Creator no longer works at all with CMS pages. All CMS pages open normally in PrestaShop, but they cannot be edited in the builder. Opening any CMS page in Axon Creator results in an immediate 500 error.

The error clearly points to an issue in your file editor-wrapper.php, with a “headers already sent” message that prevents any session from initializing under PHP 8.1.

There are also several hook-related problems. Some native PrestaShop 8 hooks are not recognized, others disappear, and several hook positions do not save correctly.

The theme is theoretically advertised as compatible up to PrestaShop 9, yet in its current state it doesn’t even work properly on 8.2.3.

I have already encountered some issues right after installation, but now the situation is completely blocking. I assumed these problems would be fixed in updates, but they are still present.

I no longer have the time to troubleshoot these issues endlessly, as I need to finalize a client website as soon as possible, and these bugs are literally preventing me from working.

I truly like your theme, which is why I’m taking the time to contact you. But in its current state, it’s extremely difficult to use it properly on PrestaShop 8.2.3.

Please let me know whether a corrective update is planned or if a patch can be provided.

I noticed that PrestaShop Addons is selling version 2.13.0, while with your theme it seems to be version 1.4, which is quite old (unless you have already upgraded it). Could you please confirm? Good morning We activated multishop on our PrestaShop 8.1 installation. We used a domain with a different TLD (example: myshop.com and myshop.FR). It asked us to activate a second license, so we purchased it and entered it, everything worked fine -> license Atcive (one license for each shop).

The problem is that Visual Composer does NOT open when we work on the myshop.FR domain.

At the same time, all pages created with Visual Composer for the main domain myshop.com do NOT display (because they were created with Visual Composer).
