You have a new demo but no way for us who purchased to access it? Can you please fix these basic issues that shouldn’t happen

When I read through the comments, the handling of the theme sounds really negative. That’s not a good sign and sounds like a lot of support and waiting for support instead of getting started with the theme.
Questions:
- Has the problem with the purchase code been fixed? I don’t want to create a support ticket, this is basic stuff and should just work 
- Demo import: Have the import issues been resolved, or does support need access to my website and have to install everything themselves?
- Recommended PHP configuration limits are very high values. why is this?
Hello? Anyone there? That’s exactly what I mean. Support should respond within a few hours at most. You can’t release such a flawed WP theme onto the market and then keep the customers who pay you waiting or fail to offer a quick solution. What’s going on???
Hi, Sorry for late reply. Theme demo installation is totally okay. But If your server not meed minimum requirement then demo install will fail. Everything you can edit. Thanks.
I have the exact same problem as others:
I purchased and entered the Purchase Code, but there was a minor error/conflict with my previous WordPress website setup, so I decided to Reset my WordPress setup. After the Reset, the theme asked me to re-enter the Purchase code, and it seems I cannot re-enter the code.
I have tried multiple times to register with support and enter my Purchase Code with your support ticketing system yet I keep getting “Error 401 – Can’t Verify”.
So I can’t re-register and I can’t even raise a support ticlet. I really don’t want to give a bad review, but this really doesn’t look good.

Is there anything else needed to run the theme as is (the demos) or other plugins are required?
Hi Sir,
When you import the demo, it will automatically install our core plugin along with other essential plugins required for the theme. There’s no need to install any additional plugins manually.

Same as other user – can’t activate the theme. I only have the parent theme installed, but it says it can’t activate!

The theme design looks great, but I noticed that the demo preview is quite heavy — it takes a lot of time to load and sometimes causes my browser to hang.
Could you please confirm if the performance will be smoother once installed on my own hosting, or if the demo includes extra scripts/content just for showcasing?
Please check this — if it’s the same domain, it should allow reactivation instead of showing error “The item has already been activated on this domain”

First, please activate the main theme. After that, enter the purchase code to complete the activation. Once the theme is active, proceed with importing the demo. After the demo import finishes, you can activate the child theme.
