I’m having an issue with the theme.

For example, I imported Demo 1, and when I select Layout 2 or above in a widget (e.g. vl-services) on a page, the widget’s backend preview doesn’t appear, this happens to all VL widgets so there’s no way to edit it. However, it is visible on the frontend. Only Layout 1 seems to work properly.

I have already emailed you as well about issues & error which i am facing after import the theme, but you are not responding. Why are you ignoring my emails deliberately?

I am facing a serious issue while importing the theme. When I import the theme, all pages are not importing properly — only one homepage demo is being imported, and the rest of the pages are missing.

Additionally, the layouts section is not editable, and I am unable to edit the header and footer as well. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. If you require my WordPress login details, I am ready to provide them.

I have already sent multiple emails and contacted your support team, but I have not received any response yet. Kindly look into this matter urgently.

When I activate the theme, a warning message appears on the page: Warning: Undefined variable $title in D:\xampp\htdocs\companysite\wp-content\themes\recrute\inc\common\recrute-breadcrumb.php on line 102 After importing the demo, the media files are not uploading, which causes the pages to display incorrectly.

Hi, I have one presale Q: do we have option to setup active menu item colour, becouse in demo: https://recrute.vikinglab.agency/human-consulting/ menu items have only hover, but not ACTIVE menu item colour!!? We read your docs, but there is no instruction for active menu item colour!! Its so cunfused in colour settings part ! Where is and what is this option?? Thanks

hey, looks great. However importing demo content etc. the header and footer won’t show.

Also they’re not there as Elementor Header and Footer. So how do I actually make them appear? When selected in the Wordpress Customizer menu for the Theme, they do not appear. Checked documentation, looks just plain simple, but they do not appear for us.

I recently purchased and installed the “Recrute – Staffing & Recruiting Agency WordPress Theme” from ThemeForest, but I’m facing issues with demo content import.

Here’s what I tried:

1. I uploaded the Installable WordPress Theme ZIP — but it gave a “Page Not Found” error. 2. Then I extracted the “All files & documentation” package and uploaded the main recrute.zip from there — the theme installs, and demo import runs without errors. 3. However, no demo pages appear in the “Pages” section after import, even though all plugins are installed and active.

Please guide me on how to properly import the demo with all pages. Also, is there a required plugin like recrute-core.zip that I need to activate before importing?
