Hi, on the Preview website you are offering a Demo page called, Photography Studio, sadly this page can not be imported via the Themes Demo importer. Is there a way to fix that? Also the Photography portfolio is not offered in the demo content. Thank you a lot.

The hover effect for Elementor “Portfolio” widget in “Band” style requires the Image Effects Add-on https://doc.themerex.net/frame/#theme_addons_image_effects to be active. The hover effect is imbedded into the widget’s style.

Love the theme. I do 3D motion and animation and was wondering if there is anyway to have an animation/video as a thumbnail for the portfolio section instead of a static image?

You can use video or animation inside your portfolio posts. The thumbnail area is image-based by default, so using looping video there may require custom modifications.
Do you want the video to play automatically (looping), or do you prefer a thumbnail with a play button?

Hi – thanks for your quick response.
I’d like it to play whenever the mouse moves over the thumbnail. So a static image and then a short looping video plays when you move over the thumbnail. Clicking on the thumbnail will take you to the portfolio page for that project.

Unfortunately, the buttons you are referring to are part of the theme package and are included for demo purposes only. This means they cannot be directly edited or replaced through the usual customization options.
Please open Theme customizer->General:
Sticky socials – this option enables the social icons on the left side of the page. The social icons inherit the links (URLs) to your social profiles specified in the Theme Panel > ThemeREX Addons > Socials tab. Please also check our video tutorial.

The plugin can be installed manually; however, it is strongly recommended to contact your hosting provider to update the server configuration to avoid any issues in the future. Most likely, you need to update max_execution_time value, upgrade cURL version or check mod_security settings. Thank you

I have 2-3 themerex themes and the themes and plugins are all failing to update each time I try. They all have purchase codes. Themere updater, themerex addons, frame theme, none will update. Getting really annoying, please fix
I have purchase codes for 2 of your themes, they have disconnected now muktiple times and I try ad reenter says not valid. Your themes and codes need to be fixed. Also emailing themeforsest because it is not good to keep having issues with your purchase code.

Some users were experiencing warnings such as: Warning: Undefined array key ‘title’ or Warning: Undefined array key ‘colors’

The theme is fully compatible with PHP 8 or above. We could not reproduce the issue you mentioned. Please try to disable 3rd-party plugin and check again.
Also please make sure you’re using the latest theme and plugins versions. Please update bundled plugins using Themerex Updater plugin. After the plugin installation, navigate to Appearance -> Themerex Updater and enter your purchase code. Then you can update the plugins in the Dashboard -> Updates, just scroll down to section Active theme components: Plugins.

The theme is completely up-to-date. The new theme version 2.4 is already available in the theme Dashboard. It was released a month ago.
We carefully monitor the relevance of our themes and continuously make improvements, functional extensions, and necessary fixes. Some of these changes occur automatically in many themes immediately after adjustments are made in the framework. Due to the large number of themes in our portfolio, there may be a delay between making changes and uploading the theme to Themeforest. However, you should not worry, as immediately after installing and activating the theme downloaded from Themeforest, you will be offered a theme update in the admin panel if a more recent version is available on our server. Furthermore, to update the theme in the future, there is no need to download it from Themeforest again – notifications of new versions will appear in the admin panel, the theme and bundled plugins can be updated directly from the Dashboard -> Updates menu.
