I am using the Mobex theme on https://cvetkovauto.bg/ . I want to enable the MegaMenu on hover for a header button (similar to the demo “All categories” menu), but the feature does not work on my installation.

Could you please confirm:

Is the AJAX MegaMenu on hover fully available in the theme, or is it restricted without a valid purchase code?

Should this feature be enabled by default, and is there documentation for activating it?

Is there any reason why the MegaMenu attached to a header button would not open on hover?

The theme was originally purchased from another Envato/ThemeForest account to which I no longer have access, so I unfortunately do not have direct access to the purchase code or the original account. Because of that, I cannot check your full documentation or support area.

I have a specific issue with the megamenu on hover:

I am trying to create a button similar to the demo “All categories” button, which opens a megamenu on hover.

On my site I have created a megamenu with ID (for example) 442 and attached it to a button in the header via Elementor.

The button appears, but the megamenu does not open on hover (the link has data-megamenu=”442” but the class is megamenu-ajax-false and the menu never shows).

Other megamenus in the header (for example “Купи по марка” / “Buy by brand”) work correctly and open on hover.

Could you please:

Send me or point me to the documentation for Mobex megamenu setup (especially for hover and AJAX megamenu on header buttons), or

Confirm whether the feature “megamenu on hover for header button (Elementor et_button widget)” is fully available in my case, or if it is limited to a certain license / demo configuration?

My goal is simply to have a working “All categories” button in the header that opens the megamenu with product categories on hover, just like in your demo.

If you need any additional information (temporary admin access, screenshots, etc.), I will be happy to provide it.

With the recent update all of the old Ajax calls no longer work. How do I filter by products for sale? I used to be able to just use Ajax to do that but I cant figure it out now. Is there a URL I can use that will filter items that are currently for sale?

With the Enovathemes Woo Products element (grid carousel) is it possible to filter by ‘tags’ as well as the categories? I did try to add a tag to the product categories filter but it didnt do anything.

We have an issue where the mobile cart and checkout screens simply dont work / stack properly. We havent touched the theme temaplting at all in this area so we dont understand why its all been compressed so much it cant be seen properly. When clicking the eye (preview) icon on any product, the image appears, but the right side of the popup/modal remains blank (completely white). It seems like the product details or description section isn’t loading properly.

Could you please help us resolve this issue or share a fix/update?
