Hello there! realy love your theme but I have a few questions before purchase it 1 – is your theme have Ajax Search (that can search for any product)? 2 – is your theme available to set the price for group size I mean I don’t want to sell my product as per peason but I want to set as group price Ex.(2 or 3 person cost 100$ and or 5 person cost 150$)

2. Group Price Yes, the theme already supports Group Pricing. You can set a fixed price based on group size (for example: 2–3 people = $100, 5 people = $150). No customization is needed — this feature is available in the pricing settings.

Is it possible to create Single trip template and set condition for all trips to use that one template? Having to edit each trip with elementor becomes trouble some when one want to update single trip design as they have to edit each trip one by one.

At the moment, Togo does not support a global Single Trip template that automatically applies to all trips. Each trip is edited individually with Elementor.
However, we can help you build a custom global template that applies to all trip detail pages, so you only need to update the design once.

Very disappointing. Templating is one of the biggest and flagship of using Elementor and you don’t support that out of the box? If I had time to start the project all over again, I would have request for a refund.

At the moment, Togo uses a custom data structure for Trip posts, so Elementor’s global template feature does not automatically apply. This limitation is not ideal, and we’re already discussing how to improve templating flexibility in future updates.

I have purchased the theme in July and since then having issues and have to contact you every single time. My website has been down since that date as i was really fed up with this issue. After so many months, now i have time to take the project again and I have removed the whole installation of the wordpress and decided to install from the beginning. The version i can use is first version and system says that i need to update. I have inserted purchase code but nothing changes and system shows ’’update package not available’’.
Do i have to contact you guys everytime i need to update the theme? Why dont you make this automatic like any other theme? Is there any particular reason for this?

Regarding the update message and the “update package not available” notice:
1. Why the theme cannot be updated automatically Our themes do not use the standard WordPress auto-update mechanism because they are distributed through Envato. Envato requires manual verification for updates, and for security reasons we cannot push updates directly to customer sites the same way as plugins from the WordPress directory. That’s why updates appear differently from other themes.
2. Why your purchase code doesn’t trigger the update The purchase code is used only for license verification. It does not automatically download the latest version from Envato. To update, WordPress still needs a packaged update that must be installed manually or through our built-in updater.
3. What you should do now To avoid further downtime and ensure you get the latest version correctly, please open a support ticket here: https://uxper.ticksy.com/ and share your purchase code. Our team will help you activate the latest theme version on your site and ensure the update process works as expected.
Once we review your installation, we can also check why the updater isn’t detecting the newest package and fix it so you won’t have to contact us every time.

Not built-in, but we can customize this for you after purchase.
2. Attach PDF on trip detail page
Not available by default, but we can add a PDF upload + download button as a small customization.
3. Review system
Togo already supports leaving reviews from the customer account after the trip is completed.
If you want to customize the review form (add more fields), this can be done via custom development.

For a specific tour, for example “Golden Stones Beaujolais Wine Tasting Tour”, is it possible for the admin to set specific available dates only (for example certain days in the month) instead of a date range where every day between two dates is bookable?
My tours are only available on certain specific dates, not every day.
Also, what kind of booking system do you use? Is it a custom-built booking system, or is it based on a specific plugin (and if so, which one)?
Can we integrate stripe payment ?
Is it possible to have an admin access to a demo ?

1. Fixed dates instead of date ranges Yes, you can set specific available dates only for each tour. In the tour settings, simply add the exact dates you want (e.g., 5/12, 12/12, 20/12). Customers will only be able to book those dates — not a full date range.
2. Booking system Togo uses our custom-built booking system, not a third-party plugin. This gives you more flexibility, faster performance, and a cleaner UI.
3. Stripe payment Yes, Stripe is fully supported through WooCommerce. You can enable Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or any WooCommerce payment gateway.
4. Admin access to demo Yes, after purchase you will receive demo admin access. If you need help configuring anything, our developers can assist via support ticket.

1. Loader Animation – Do you have an alternative to the spinning orange circle? It becomes a bit distracting quickly, so I wanted to see if there’s another loader option available. Load times seems to be a lot, even on the intro pages and my internet speeds are super fast.
2. Updated Figma File – I noticed that a couple of the pages on the live site are missing from the Figma file. Do you have an updated version that includes all of the screens/pages?

1. Coupon per guest type At the moment, coupons apply to the whole booking, not per guest type. However, you can create different pricing rules for each guest type inside the tour settings.
2. Coupon system Coupons are handled via WooCommerce, so you can use all WooCommerce coupon options (percentage, fixed, usage limits, expiry date, etc.).
If you need guest-type–specific discounts in the future, we can help customize it after purchase.

Hi, I’d like to ask about the enquiry form functionality in the TOGO theme (example: “Space Center Houston Entry Ticket”).
Is it possible to assign different recipient email addresses for the enquiry forms on a per-tour or per-product basis? For example:
All enquiry forms for Day Tours/Trips should be sent to daytours@email.com
All enquiry forms for Flights/Tickets should be sent to flights@email.com
In other words, can each tour/trip have its own unique email recipient for enquiry submissions?
Also, is this recipient-email setting editable within Elementor (specifically inside the booking/enquiry form)?

The TOGO theme allows you to set different recipient email addresses for the enquiry form on a per-tour or per-product basis. Each tour/trip can have its own unique recipient email for enquiry submissions.

Yes, our theme already has a built-in currency switcher function integrated with WooCommerce. This allows customers to manually switch currencies on the frontend, and prices will be displayed accordingly, including during checkout.
If you plan to use a third-party multi-currency plugin (such as Curcy), we recommend disabling the theme’s built-in currency function to avoid conflicts, as running two currency systems at the same time may cause incorrect price calculations or display issues.

Please in your next update, make custom post type ‘TRIPS’ and its Taxonomies and field visible in Elementor Dynamic Tags. This way we will be able to create custom elements and tags instead of 100% relying on Togo Elementor elements. It’s very restricting.
Currently, Trips and it’s fields and taxonomies are not visible in the elementor dynamic tags, so we cannot create dynamic templates or fields other than using your custom elementor elements.

The response in ticket was “It’s not possible” that’s probably why they didn’t post a response here. Feels like a default simplle function that was left out! If you heve 10 tours next week, or whenever.. and you want to show the upcoming tour dates on e.g. you home page! It’s not possible!!!!
“Unfortunately, the theme does not currently support displaying a list of tours sorted by their event dates. The reason is that each trip created in the Trips section (admin dashboard) can contain multiple tour packages with different schedules. Because of this structure, the theme does not yet provide built-in support for sorting or showing tours by a specific date.”

Thank you for sharing this — I completely understand your frustration. Displaying upcoming tours by date is indeed a very practical feature, and I agree it would be extremely useful on the homepage.
As the support team mentioned in the ticket, the current theme structure doesn’t yet allow trips to be sorted or listed by specific event dates, because each Trip may include multiple packages with different schedules. This is why the feature isn’t available out-of-the-box at the moment.
I’ve already forwarded this as a feature request to the development team so they can consider adding it in future updates.
In the meantime, while waiting for that improvement, you can proceed with a custom development solution as suggested by the support team in your ticket. This will allow you to display upcoming tours on your homepage exactly in the format you described.

The customer dashboard—its options aren’t loading correctly. Should we remove the default WooCommerce pages, and could they be interfering with these custom dashboard pages?
When we hover over the dashboard link, it points to https://togo.uxper.co/. This happens when the user tries to go to the dashboard from the home page, and it also occurs if I access the dashboard via a direct link. I don’t see any options like booking list, wishlist, settings, and so on.

It’s not possible to import the demo. The costumiser.dat file is corrupted. It gives this error: 404, as if it can’t see it on my server even though it’s there. I changed the file permissions as well, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve opened a support ticket, but I haven’t received a reply yet. I think I’m going to return this theme.

I’m having a problem with trips. When I try to translate a trip from English to another language, the trip price becomes zero and doesn’t translate or copy into the other language. The package title also doesn’t translate and remains in English. I have four languages on the website and many trips, and I can’t manually translate the price of each trip or the package title. The price isn’t translatable using LocoTranslate, and PolyLang fails to translate or copy the price or the package title. I urgently need a solution to this problem.

I would like to purchase the theme.
There is one small issue, when I booked one tour, it adds to the cart and takes us to the checkout, and if I explore another tour and click on add to cart button, it adds the second tour to the cart (that’s great till here). But when I select another tour and instead of clicking on add to cart, I clicked on book now button, the system removes the previous two tours from the cart and added the new tour and takes me to the checkout.
Usually the system doesn’t replace the items that are already added to the cart either you click on add to cart or click diretcly on book now button, it should combine and add all the selected ones to the cart instead of replacing.
Can you please explain this?

That behavior is intentional — the “Book Now” button is designed for instant checkout (one tour per booking), while “Add to Cart” lets customers combine multiple tours.
However, the system is flexible — you can easily adjust it to allow multiple tours per order, so even the “Book Now” button adds to the existing cart instead of replacing it.

Okay, if you say so then I am happy to purchase. My main concern was that when we click on book now after adding multiple tours, all tours should brought to the checkout instead of only last one.

Regarding your question: 1️⃣ Checkout with multiple tours: Good news — this feature is already available in version 1.0.5, which is scheduled for release very soon. In this update, users can add multiple tours to the cart, and when they click “Book Now,” all selected tours will be brought to the checkout together.
2️⃣ Tour time settings: Each tour can be configured in two ways:
Fixed time – You can set one specific start time for the tour (no time slots).
Multiple time slots – You can define several start times for the same day (e.g. 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM).
You can manage these options in the Tour Edit screen.
