First, is it possible to configure the template so that users can search for both accommodations and various services (like medical, legal, and so on) all on one site? Second, is there an option to filter listings by region, for example by cities or provinces? Finally, are there additional filters available for things like amenities—for instance, if someone wants to find pet-friendly housing or other specific criteria? I’d like to know if all this can be done within your template before making a purchase decision.

Our theme uses a single search engine, which means users search across your entire database of listings, including accommodations and services, all within one site. Filtering by regions, cities, or provinces is supported, but these must be added as taxonomies rather than only as map-based locations. Can you set so only administrators can post new listings and then set that the new is an EDITOR or some other user roles that NOT can post listing but change their own listing only?

finaly i modifed everything but there is problem in widget . normal widget listing list or all of them have Only Featured function but where i want this function has not related listing , why related listing dont has only featured or other listing Related by . i want Related by function and also only featured . add please ‘Related by’ for all listing list. i need 2 function together “related by” and “futured only” function . please tell me how to add or make update please.

Since it’s a bit unclear to me, I want to know the following aspects before ordering this theme: Do the internal messaging system, WhatsApp messages, account creation messages or those related to posted announcements (approval, rejection, message from other members) require Twilio or can they work without Twilio? All notifications are also sent by email, so using SMS is optional.
Regarding Elementor, you can add extra content. hello, i am trying lot of times, when i want to adit ad page any mosaic carusel or other , there is only loan calculator and feature ads , when i opened and edit only any word automatic delete content and everything from ad page because there is nothing when you open ad page from elementor.

I’m currently working on a project where I’m using the Listivo theme to build a real estate platform. By default, the theme provides two account types — Private and Business.
However, I would like to add more account types such as Agent, Developer, and Vendor to the registration form so that users can select these roles when signing up.
