To display the last updated date and time instead of the original publication date, you can install and activate a child theme, copy the template single.php from the Parent theme to Child theme, replace the publication date call with the modified date and time, replacing on line 66 the code <?php echo get_the_date(); ?> with <?php the_modified_time( get_option('date_format') . ' ' . get_option('time_format') ); ?>
