i’ve raised a ticket about this but I’ve not heard back so thought id try on here too. On the Modern Construction 2 demo there is a cross hatched effect in the background which I can’t remove, where do I go to get rid of this effect?

While you sell one template with 55+ designs for $39, the developer Apus sells individual templates with the same functionality (for example, Findus, Superio, Cityo, Listdo…). Is that fair? I don’t think so — especially when their template descriptions don’t match reality. They claim everything can be edited with Elementor, but in fact it only works on the homepage and default pages that aren’t even used.
And Envato support ignored this, which basically means they approve of it. Just imagine how much your profit would increase if you sold 55+ templates with the same functionality individually instead of offering them as one…

I understand your point. Yes — many authors sell each design separately to earn more, even when the functionality is basically the same. We could do that too and make much higher profit.
But we prefer offering one complete theme with all 55+ designs included, so buyers get full transparency and value without paying multiple times.
Other authors may claim “fully Elementor” while using hard-coded pages, and Envato often still approves them — that’s out of our control.
We simply choose the honest approach, even if it’s less profitable.
I have bought Helo theme, but have the same problem with license validation. It reports unknown error, and your support is pretty useless since I wait the entire afternoon and I’m not getting anything specific from them. Can you solve the problem?

Does the theme fully support RTL layouts — including menus, sliders, forms, icons, and Elementor widgets?
Are all demos and sections fully compatible when switching WordPress to Persian (RTL) mode?
Is there an RTL stylesheet (rtl.css) included in the theme package?
I just want to make sure that the RTL experience is complete and doesn’t require manual CSS adjustments. Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes, the theme is fully RTL compatible. It includes complete support for right-to-left layouts — covering menus, sliders, forms, icons, and all Elementor widgets. All demos and sections work perfectly when switching WordPress to Persian (RTL) mode, and an rtl.css file is already included in the theme package.
You won’t need any manual CSS adjustments — the RTL experience is ready out of the box.

I’m using your theme with the vertical menu (sidebar). By default, it seems to be designed for a one-page layout with anchor links.
However, I would like to adapt it for a multi-page website.
When I remove the anchor links and replace them with links to other pages, the sidebar is no longer floating/sticky.
Could you please let me know if it’s possible to keep the sidebar fixed and functional in a multi-page setup? If so, is there an option to enable this or a specific configuration I should apply?

Why this theme has no proper configurations for—Woocommerce Pages, I am facing issue in accessing /shop page it is showing a blog archive instead. The cart page and other relevant pages are broken as well.
Can we expect these issues sorted in some upcoming update?
Our theme supports WooCommerce, but since it’s an agency-focused theme, we don’t include a WooCommerce demo setup. That’s why the shop, cart, and other pages need to be created and configured manually. Once set up, they’ll work correctly with the theme.
How to activate Animation Addons Pro ? its asking for licence and theme licence not working on it
You’ll need a separate license key to activate Animation Addons Pro. The theme purchase code won’t work for it since the plugin has its own plan and licensing system.
but the plugin was included in the theme files? why include if we cant use it?
The plugin you got with the theme includes all the core widgets and GSAP features, so you can fully use it with the theme. But some extra features—like plugin block templates and the animation builder—are only available for plugin customers under a separate plan.
