It is better to use some brain rather than threatening others for ones own ignorance. A simple Google Search would have shown you how to do it and I never instructed you to edit theme files. The change were clearly meant to be added through the Theme Customizer’s Custom CSS section.

It was communicated to you through support that the image uploaded for the logo is way bigger than its allotted space and therefore it needs to be reduced to around 250px width in order to make it fit better. Alternatively you can add the below css under theme settings > Custom Css so that it can adjust the width accordingly in order to make it fit better.

We recently purchased the Autima theme by MassTechnologist and are currently in the planning phase for our full e-commerce implementation. We’re building a professional automotive detailing store and want to move beyond the demo environment to create a robust structure aligned with our product catalog and functionality requirements.

We would greatly appreciate your guidance on the following points:

1. CATEGORY STRUCTURE & MEGAMENU We need to implement a structure with 23 main categories and subcategories, using a megamenu with images. Example:

WASH & DRY → Pre-wash / Shampoos / Drying

WHEELS & TIRES → Chemicals / Brushes / Cloths / Protection

POLISH → Heavy Cut / Refinement / Finishing

INTERIOR → Leather / Textiles / Plastics

Question: Does Autima natively support megamenu with images and subcategories? What is the best way to configure this structure (dropdown, grid menu, etc.)?

2. ADVANCED FILTERS (SIDEBAR) We need to implement the following advanced filters to refine product search:

Brand (Manufacturer) – e.g., Koch-Chemie, COLOURLOCK, Vikan

Price (range)

Type (Individual Items / Packages & Kits)

Size / Volume (e.g., 1L, 5L, 40×40cm, 150mm)

Application (Wheels, Wash, Polish, Protection, Interior, Glass)

Experience Level (Beginner / Enthusiast / Professional)

Question: Are these filters native to the Autima theme, or do they require an app (like Search & Discovery)? How can we configure these filters to appear in the sidebar of all collections? Does the theme come with built-in price and brand filters?

3. METAFIELDS & SMART COLLECTIONS We plan to use metafields to organize products and create smart collections automatically. Examples of the metafields we’ve created:

Metafield Values brand Koch-Chemie, COLOURLOCK, Vikan, Kwazar, Tornador product_type Chemical, Brush, Cloth, Tool, Kit application Wheels, Wash, Polish, Protection, Interior, Glass, Engine experience_level Beginner, Enthusiast, Professional size 1L, 5L, 40×40cm, 150mm Question: Does Autima automatically display metafields on the product page? How do we create smart collections based on these metafields? Are there any specific tutorials for configuring metafields with Autima?

4. BULK PRODUCT IMPORT We have a spreadsheet with 200+ products (SKU, name, brand, category, metafields, price, images). We need to import everything at once.

Question: Does Autima have any built-in tool for bulk product import? Does the standard Shopify CSV work with the metafields we’ve created? Are there any special considerations for image imports?

5. KITS & BUNDLES We need to create kits and bundles (e.g., Exterior Master Kit, Professional Polishing Kit). Some kits are combinations of existing products, while others are promotional packages (BOGO, 50% off second item, etc.).

Question: Does Autima offer native functionality for creating kits (product bundles)? Or do we need an app (like Bundles or Bundler)? How can we configure promotions like “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” or “Buy 3 Get 1 Free” within the theme?

6. CONTENT PAGES (DETAILING GUIDE) We have a detailing guide with 14 sections (educational content). We need to display this content in an organized way with navigation between sections.

Question: Does Autima have specific templates for long-form content pages (guides, tutorials)? What’s the best way to structure this content: static pages, blog, or article collections?

7. BLOG WITH AUTHORS & CATEGORIES We will have a technical blog with expert authors and categories (e.g., Polishing, Interiors, Business Management).

Question: Does Autima support authors with photos and bios? How do we display posts by author and by category? Does the theme come with an optimized blog layout?

8. INTEGRATIONS We will need to integrate with:

DHL (shipping & tracking)

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP)

Santander (receivables & financing)

Affiliate program

Wholesale (B2B) area with differentiated pricing

Question: Does Autima have native integrations or recommend specific apps for these functionalities? Does the theme support a restricted B2B area (e.g., login with tiered pricing)?

9. SEO & FRIENDLY URLS We need to ensure that URLs for categories, products, and pages are SEO-optimized.

Question: Does Autima generate friendly URLs automatically? How can we bulk-edit meta titles and descriptions for products and collections?

10. DEMOS & TUTORIALS We’ve watched the YouTube videos from the provided link. We’d like to know:

Which demo is recommended for a detailed automotive e-commerce with a large catalog?

Is there additional documentation on advanced theme configurations (beyond the videos)?

How do we import a demo to use as a starting point and then customize it?

11. TIMELINE & SUPPORT We’d like to better understand the implementation process:

What are the recommended steps to move from demo to production?

What is the estimated timeline for a full setup?

Does comment-based support cover ongoing questions during configuration?

Kindly make sure to save the changes as well. Once saved, everything should appear correctly. You can still undo your changes even after saving.

Regarding the logo, it seems to be uploaded in a relatively large size. It would be better to use a smaller size that fits appropriately within the available spacing.

My main menu includes product brands like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, and Mini Cooper, but I’ve added collections under BMW and Mercedes. Unfortunately, collections can’t be added under Audi, Porsche, Mini Cooper, etc. I just can’t figure it out. Please provide your support as soon as possible.

Hi, the filter function for the cars won´t work correctly in my shop. I used Filter menu as Source of Data and set up a menu with three levels. If I try to use the filter like Audi – RS3 – 8Y it will show all products from the Audi category. Also it sometimes shows all products from the shop or page not found. In Assets – makeObjects.js I put this for example: “Audi”: { “A3”: [“8V”,], “S3”: [“8V”, “8Y”] “RS3”: [“8V”, “8Y”]

It still shows all the Audi products. What did I do wrong?

I checked the store and there doesn’t seem to be any issue with the theme code but the admin settings. There are no shipping setup for the store which is causing the issue.
