Hello, I purchased the template and the demos are great. Unfortunately, there is a problem. How can I edit demo 13 with Elementor and how can I insert my own shortcode?

If you imported demo successfully please edit your homepage with Elementor and you can insert your shortcodes.

When she attempts to edit demo page 13 or 7 with Elementor, the page opens but there is no content to be seen. When she attempts to insert a container, it does not work because it is not accepted, and therefore she cannot even fill a page with content herself. It appears that the template is not error-free.
