Hi Support, I know I purchased last year but there is till a fault (bug) on the pop-up login modal. If a user enters in the wrong username/email and password then nothing happens and it refreshes the screen back to the home screen. On other themes like Blonwe it works fine. Please can you fix this issue and release an update or send the fix ASAP. Thanks.

I would like to ask for clarification regarding the usage of a WooCommerce theme that I have purchased from KLBTheme. Currently, the theme is bound to my previous domain. Since each theme license is limited to one domain, I am unable to use the same theme on my new domain after migrating.

I would like to request the removal or reset of the old domain association so that I can activate and use the theme on my current domain.

Additionally, I would like to ask whether KLBTheme provides a self-service option or license reset feature that allows customers to reset or reassign the domain on their own, without the need to submit a support ticket each time a domain change occurs.

This functionality would be very helpful, especially for users who frequently perform domain changes or website migrations.
