All my portfolio pages have crashed after updating to the latest WordPress and Elementor version. I contacted reacthemes support more than one week ago and I still haven’t heard from them. Every day it passes I’m losing more and more sales.

I am using your fluxi theme. Created a page named Careers. Now I want to change the header and footer template for that page but not able to find the option to change the header and footer. Also in fluxi theme options no option is available for Header and Footer.
Under RTS Header Footer menu has all the header and footer. Just edit your header and under editor has display on section where you can assign your page. Thanks

I have found the other issue related to form fields like Select Dropdown and Date picker. When I am trying to select the option from them the options are getting overlapped by the other form fields. Because of this issue I am not able to select the options from Dropdown and date picker.

I’m currently using the Fulxi theme and have updated it to the latest version 1.1.4. However, the RT Custom Framework plugin is still at version 1.0 and appears to be incompatible with Fulxi theme version 1.1.4, which is causing layout/display issues on my website.
Could you please provide the latest version of the RT Custom Framework plugin that is compatible with Fulxi 1.1.4?

hey guys, the preview demo link on the main page not working, also, once installed, the Import Options not showing the demo thumbnails not opens them to view demo. I actually gives this message: 1. Your connection is not private 2. if you continue it says: The domain themewant.com is blocked because it’s associated with the Parked Sites & Domains category.

This the 2nd time I am raising the support ticket within 2 days of purchasing the theme, Highly disappointed from the product and the support system as well, Instead of resolving the issues you guys provide the excuses, I have a plugin causing white dead screen (Message: There has been a critical error on the site) on the front end when trying to import demo data and suggested by the theme, The name of the plugin is RT Elements, Either create a screen recording where the plugin is activated and the front end has exactly the same demo as shared for reference by your team or else return my money as soon as possible. I want this issue to be resolved and assisted as soon as possible, You guys don’t event check the compatibility of the plugins with the theme ? Don’t come up with the irrelevant and unsatisfactory replies.
We have update already our plugin with latest elementor and PHP. Also we replied all tickets today. If you tell me ticket ID I can recheck yoru issues and fixed it perfectly. Thanks
This is good themes, but lately, When updating into latest elementor, It is triggering PHP fatal error. PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “Elementor\Core\Schemes\Typography” not found in topbar-icon.php:206. I need to revert back to old elementor to make it works again. My support ticket is expired, but I think the author need to update rt-elements plugin or check the themes to solve this.

You can update your parent theme easily using envato market plugin or you can manually. Also you should modification anything using your child theme. Thanks

All home pages small gradient images you mean? That we directly use image but if you want we can share you figma files so you change color directly from figma then can use it. Let me know. Thanks

You should change color first from figma file then you can export icon from figma. After export you can upload it your pages. Thanks
