Sorry for the inconvenience you’re facing. To troubleshoot the Dual Slider bullet position and the first-slide sizing issue, please try the steps below (in order):

1. Update Orbius Theme and Orbius Core to the latest version v1.0.16. ( https://premiumthemes.in/docs/common/theme-update/index.html )

2. Disable Lazy Loading settings (this can affect initial slider sizing).

3. Temporarily disable all plugins, then enable only the plugins that are included/recommended with Orbius, and check if the issue still happens.

4. Enable the Page Preloader feature:
Customize → General → Page Preloader

No — the Metro Portfolio layout does not support category filters like the Filterable Portfolio. It’s built as a showcase/grid element (not the standard filterable portfolio posts query with pagination), so filters can’t be added to it while keeping the Metro style.

Please is there someone I can talk to? I don’t understand whats happened, the only page I can now access is OFF-CANVAS, no others will load in wp admin – telling me critical error, and even viewing them as a non-admin they all now say 503 ERROR now!

OK so it is the header /off-canvas thing that has caused this error – as the 3 pages which are not using this feature are still accessible, but all the others I am getting an error message. I would SUPER appreciate if someone can please help me fix this – the site was supposed to go live tonight. Thanks so much.

The Metro Portfolio widget is built on a CSS Grid/metro structure, where different image dimensions are part of how the layout is generated. Because of this structure, forcing both items to always display at the exact same fixed size (e.g., 836×441) and narrowing the Title/Services area isn’t possible within the widget settings without changing the layout behavior.

If you need both images perfectly equal, the best option is to recreate a similar metro-style section using Elementor Columns, where you can set fixed image sizes and control text width precisely.

You can edit the sidebar colors from:
Appearance → Customize → Colors → Sidebar

For other styling options such as background color and spacing (padding/margins), you’ll need to use Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS and add custom CSS targeting the sidebar.

The sidebar is using the theme’s standard/global font setup, so the font family itself can’t be changed separately via the built-in options (only the title size is editable). This is the default way sidebars are handled for consistency and readability.

If you want a different font just for the sidebar, you can use this plugin:

Custom Fonts – https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-fonts/

After installing it:

1. Go to Admin → Appearance → Custom Fonts and add your custom or Google font (for custom fonts, note the font family name you set there).

2. Then go to Admin → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS and apply it to the sidebar, for example:

.sidebar .swm-sidebar-ttl {
    font-family: "YourCustomFontName", sans-serif;
}

This way you can control the sidebar font without changing the rest of the site.

Multilingual setup with Polylang requires custom configuration for each language (separate headers, menus, and footers). Since this setup is plugin-specific and customization work, it isn’t included in standard theme support — but here are the key steps so you can complete it:

Step 1 — Enable Customizer Support

Install and activate this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-polylang-support-for-customizer/

This allows you to assign different headers/footers per language.

Step 2 — Enable Custom Post Types

Go to: Languages → Settings → Custom Post Types and Taxonomies

Select all relevant items so Polylang recognizes templates.

Step 3 — Create Version for Each Language You will need to create and assign separate:

• Header
• Footer
• Off-canvas menu
• Navigation menu

Then assign each one in the Customizer under the correct language.

1. Please go to WP Admin → Appearance → Customize → Header and turn off the option “Display Sticky Header on Scroll Up” – this will stop the old header behavior and help your main header stay consistent.

I fixed it by turning the animation option off for the footer. That seemed to cause/fix the problem.
