Hi, I’m reporting that Ditech Banner is corrupted and won’t work with Elementor. I also have Elementor PRO, but the site doesn’t have any plugins other than the template ones. When I edit the block, it throws an error in the builder and won’t allow any changes.

However, we have few queries with the backend compatibility with Elementor.
Is the theme built with Elementor plugin, and do we have much more control playing around with the sections using Elementor?
Is Elementor bundled within the plugins, or do we need to buy it separately?
Or is there any other drag and drop editor in-built within the theme and overall customization possibilities with the same.

We purchased the Diteck theme after reviewing the demo and overall presentation, expecting a complete and flexible solution suitable for agency websites. However, after installing and testing the theme thoroughly, we found that it falls significantly short of expectations.
First, the theme provides only 7–8 Elementor templates, and most of them are very basic, lack professional structure, and don’t resemble what was showcased in the live preview. Several sections either don’t import properly or fail to function altogether, including broken headers, missing inner pages, and unresponsive layout components.
As a digital marketing and web development agency, we serve multiple clients and rely on premium themes for fast and efficient delivery. Unfortunately, this is the third time we’ve had to face similar issues with items purchased on ThemeForest. These kinds of experiences cause unnecessary delays and additional costs for agencies like ours who depend on quality and reliability.
We’ve submitted a refund request through the official channel and truly hope it will be resolved promptly. That said, we also strongly recommend that ThemeForest and the author take this feedback seriously. It’s important to maintain high standards across the marketplace, and items that do not deliver on their promised features or design quality should be flagged, reviewed, or removed.
We’re not here to criticize — we’re here because we believe in the value of good digital products. But when expectations set by demos aren’t met, it damages trust across the entire platform.

There is no date in the changelog, are you referring to the latest version mentioned in the changelog v 1.1.0? My comment was in reference to that same version.
In your Detailed Documentation link, I can only see the initial release v 1.0.0 in the changelog part.
