How do I update the options in the header menu? I’ve picked the style I want through the theme, but I’m not seeing the option to shut off specific buttons.

1. You need to enable the Elementor page builder for the footer block first. Go to Elementor/ Settings/ General and check to footer post type.
2. Please check the page setting/ footer and select the default for the footer if you see a different footer on that page. That will help you get the default config.
