I’m back to express my frustration at not being able to quickly find the button or link to create a request or ticket.
I can spend hours searching my forum account for where to click to create a request, but I can’t find it.
I can see the MY TOPICS tab, but where is the CREATE A RESUEST button?

Hello, 3 of our Woodmart websites had problems after auto-upgrading to WordPress 6.9. High CPU, max execution time, etc. After downgrading to the previous WordPress version, everything is working fine. Can you update this? It’s a fundamental problem.

Please disable the “Products navigation” option temporarily. You can find it in Theme Settings -> Single Product -> Elements. We are working on a fix and hope to release a patch asap.

We found a critical issue in the Adjacent Products module.
On large WooCommerce catalogs, when loading certain products, the module repeatedly tries to find the “previous/next” product and triggers multiple calls to:
wc_get_product()
woocommerce_product_read
WC_Data_Store reads
In some cases this process enters a loop and runs dozens of times, causing:
PHP timeout (600 seconds),
504 Gateway Timeout errors,
extremely high CPU load,
product pages becoming completely inaccessible.
Disabling the product navigation fully resolves the issue. Please review the Adjacent Products logic for repeated calls and infinite loops when adjacent products cannot be resolved or when categories are complex.

You can fix it by applying patch # `699195`. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

Is there an option to make variable attributes clickable if the variable product if out of stock? For example i have variable product T-shirt in size M and S, a colors Blue and Red. For T-shirt size M and color red, i dont have a stock, and red collor is disabled, is there an option to enable that ,but only to not have an option to order a product?

Hi I am having issues using the Wordpress Plugin YellowPencil – Visual CSS Style Editor. I have contacted them who have come back and said it is an issue with the theme, can you help with this? The Response from them is below.

I believe this is likely not a bug in YellowPencil, but rather the standard responsive behavior of the WoodMart theme.
It seems that the theme is programmed to automatically hide the sidebar when the available viewport width is reduced (which happens naturally when the editor panels are open). I suspect the theme interprets this narrower width as a tablet view and hides the sidebar accordingly.
I would suggest consulting with the theme author regarding this behavior to see if there is a workaround.

I’m having a problem.
I created a row of several columns, intending to use it as a horizontal menu. In the back office, the layout is indeed horizontal, but in the front office, it’s vertical. After updating the theme, with the Bit form plugin active, only the header is visible, the rest of the site is just a white screen. After deactivating the plugin or rolling back the theme version to 8.3.5, everything works fine.

After last updates WP Bakery frontend is not loading at all.
I tried disabling all plugins and to WoodMart from child theme, but no luck.
Only when I switch to twentytwentyfive then wpbakery front end works again.
This is in the console: Uncaught TypeError: can’t access property “vc”, parent is null
