Translation Issue on Freelancer/Employer Pages

I’m unable to translate the Freelancer/Employer pages using the Freeio theme and its installed plugins. Could you please inform me which method or solution is available to accomplish this translation?

Under Payments Setting i can see paypal and payoneer. How do i set up the payment gateways for clients to pay for services? do i need to install paypal and payoneer plugins? Please answer here don’t tell me about tickets,i cant access your ticket support

This is a follow-up regarding my refund request for the Freeio – Freelance Marketplace WordPress Theme, which I purchased on 28th January from ThemeForest.

I attempted to contact the theme author and raised a support ticket, but I did not receive a satisfactory response or resolution. After thoroughly testing the theme, I confirm that it is not suitable for my project requirements.

The theme is heavy, causes noticeable performance lag, and its core structure is not flexible. Even with the use of Additional/Custom CSS, I am unable to customize or edit key components as required. Due to these limitations, the theme is unusable for my project, and I do not wish to proceed further or explore workarounds.

I am therefore requesting a refund for this purchase. I am not seeking further explanations or technical assistance.

Please let me know if any additional information is required.

Dear Fellow customers, for those who have set up this theme does anyone know how to make the emails generated by user action to work, like emails when a offer or proposal is accepted, when a client sends a message….etc they have never worked for me and the support kinda showed the middle finger when i sought support how to activate them….do i like need an extra plugin for the emails to work?

I need clarification before I can decide to extend support. So since I bought this Freeio theme and installed, I have been getting tons of spam messages and spam account creation. I sometimes get up to 300+ spam emails per day and over 100+ fake account registration to the extent that my website is currently down because it was finally hacked according to namecheap issue finding. I have thinking of starting afresh with same theme but I need to confirm if this spam messages and registration actually can be fixed or if this is just how it is.

Does anyone know how to set up the sending of system generated emails? I have tried to reach out to the support but all they say is i need to pay for support yet all i need is documentation and i do it myself. It is frustrating!

anyone else login and register stop working? my shortcode is correct. I think they go in a backdoor and mess up your site to keep you paying for support. My site was working fully until last month. Hi, I need to build a freelancer platform where vendors offering their services. Customers should be able to purchase services directly through the platform.

However, I don’t want to receive the customer’s payment myself and then forward the money to the freelancer — because that would make me the contractual partner of the customer. Instead, I want customers to pay the freelancers directly.

My role should be to provide the platform and charge freelancers a fee or subscription for being listed. Still, the payment should be processed through the platform’s checkout system, so that customers can conveniently pay through the site — but the money should go straight to the freelancer’s own account (e.g., via Stripe).

Is this possible?
