Instead, only three very basic demos are available, and they do not match the layouts or designs that were advertised before purchase. First of all, thank you for providing such a wonderful theme – we really enjoy working with it.

Unfortunately, we have recently run into an issue where Elementor no longer loads when we try to edit pages, and the editor stays on the loading spinner. We have already gone through the troubleshooting steps recommended by Elementor (disabling other plugins, checking PHP version and resources, regenerating files, switching loader method, etc.), but the problem still persists.

When checking the browser console, we see errors indicating that the theme’s custom JavaScript is trying to access elementorFrontend.utils.anchors before it exists. The error points to:

/wp-content/themes/oitech/assets/js/custom.js

Because of this, it seems that the script is causing Elementor to break and preventing the editor from loading.

Would you be able to advise on the best way to fix this, for example by updating the theme or adjusting the code in custom.js so it is compatible with the current Elementor version?

You were kind enough to update my theme but we’re still having problems and I sent a video of them to you via email but haven’t heard anything. It looks like others are having similar problems. I’d just like to know if you’re working on them and if so what the status is so I can tell my client. They’re getting really frustrated (angry is a better word) and I have nothing to tell them.

As per the item details page, the last update for the theme was on 7th January 2025, but I am unable to find this update in my WordPress dashboard under the Themes section in Appearance. Currently, I am using version 2.0, which is causing compatibility issues with Elementor. The Elementor editor keeps reloading, and I cannot edit pages. When I switch to another theme, Elementor works fine.

Could you please confirm how to access the latest update and if the latest version resolves compatibility issues with Elementor?
